Products in Elastomers: Antioxidant

The product is a kind of high‐effective solid phosphite ester antioxidant, which is superior to other phosphite ester in the effective protection of polymers’ color.It is often blended with phenolic principal antioxidant (such as 1010) to prepare com‐posite antioxidant which improves the thermo‐stability of polymer processing, thus making it widely applied in PE, PP, PS, PA, PC, ABS and many other polymer materials.

Johoku Chemical JP-351 is a antioxidant, heat resistance stabilizer, non-discoloring stabilizer for plastics, lubricants.

EVERNOX-1330 is used in polyolefins e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc. Furthermore, it is applied in other polymers such as engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo- and copolymers. It may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

Its oligomeric structure make it particularly effective when use in thin section articles such as fiber and film. 5944 is suited for use in polypropylene, LDPE, HDPE, XPE, EVA and PP blends with elastomers.5944 is also effective as an antioxidant for long term thermal stability.

Johoku Chemical JP-310 is a antioxidant, heat resistance stabilizer, non-discoloring stabilizer for plastics, lubricants.

Finornic Chemicals Finor-MBI-001 used in Nylon tire cord (NTC) manufacture. Rubber chemical – Antioxidant for heat resistant rubber articles which must withstand heat, oxygen & steam. Also used for white colored or transparent articles, fabric proofing as it is non-staining. BNX 1098 (23128-74-7)is an antioxidant that provides excellent processing and long term thermal stability in polyamide (nylon) polymers and fibers and in other materials, including other polymers, elastomers, and adhesives.

Plaox 1098 is widely used in nylon 6, nylon 66, PE, PP, PA, rubber, etc. It is of low volatility and good extraction-resistance in hot water. The dosage is recommended to be 0.1~0.5 phr.

Baoding Lucky Chemical Antioxidant Lknox 1081 is recommended for PE, PU, PA etc.

EVERSTAB FS301 is a high performance blending antioxidant. It has excellent color stability, high compatibility, low volatility, hydrolytic stability, and better storage stability at elevated temperature.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins MMB Powder can be used for natural and synthetic rubbers. As it is secondary antioxidant, ever better effects can be developed when used together with other antioxidants. Furthermore, when it is employed in case of sulfurless vulcanization higher heat resistance can be obtained, it also serves as an accelerator of CR and heat sensitizing agent for latices. It is effective not only white and light colored articles, but also for rubber products of all types. But unsuitable for food processing.

PowerNox™ 1726 contains a chemical name called 2,4-Bis(dodecylthiomethyl)-6-methylphenol.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 3100 is a new type of p-phenylenediamine antioxidant, because the two aryl substituting groups are so large that it has low volatility, slow oxidation rate and long effective time. Used with the similar antioxidant like 4010A or 4020 it can make up for the antioxidant which is well efficient in early time but insufficient in the later time. At the same time, its anti metal-toxicity is better than 4010NA and 4020, and it is suitable for heavy loading tire, cross-country tire and car tire under harsh conditions.

Chemical name of Sirantox® 6PPD (4020) is N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N'-Phenyl right Phenylenediamine.

AO 3114 is a kind of tri‐function group phenolic antioxidant, without pollution and coloring up. Dependent on high molecular weight and melting point, it has low volatility, low transferring, and good water extraction resistance, while equips plastics with resistance to thermo‐oxidation and light‐oxidation. 3114 suits for PE, PP, PS, ABS, nylon, PVC, PU, cellulose and synthetic rubber, especially effective for polyolefin. When used with UV absorbent and phosphite ester, a synergistic effect can be reached, thus enhancing the thermo‐stability and light stability.

GCH Technology 1176 effectively reduces oxidative degradation of most polymeric substances during processing and end-use applications. 1176 is an excellent stabilizer for polyolefins, impact modified styrenics, block co-polymers, elastomers, adhesives, PVC and polyurethanes.

Everaox® 203 has high molecular weight and good thermal stability.

EVERNOX-76 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring, odorless, good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction. EVERNOX-76 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and well as in other polymers such as styrenics and styrene homo and copolymers such as IPS, ABS, MBS and engineering plastics such as PBT, PET and PUR, elastomers like SBS, SBR, BR, adhesives and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-76 can be combined with other additives such as costabilizer (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-76 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

Secondary antioxidants can effectively break down the polymer thermal processing process, peroxides and antioxidants HH1010 and HH1076 hindered phenolic antioxidant compound used to improve the stability of the thermal processing of polymeric materials. Widely use in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyurethane, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyamide, synthetic rubber and other polymer materials.

Baoding Lucky Chemical Antioxidant Lknox 2365 is a multifunctional and effective antioxidant for unsaturated elastomers such as BR, IR, SBR, and styrenic block copolymers such as SIS and SBS. It is also used in hot melt adhesives, tackifier resins, ABS, EPDM etc.

China Star Materials Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate (Antioxidant NBC) is bottle-green powder. It can be used as an antiozonant for CR, CSPR, ECO, SBR, NBR, etc. In CR, it can improve the thermal resistance of rubber, and reduce the discoloration under the sun, and it can slightly retard the vulcanization.

Disheng Technology Antioxidant 168 is a hydrolytically stable phosphite processing stabilizer.
