BroFlam™ EB 31 is a fully formulated flame retardant powder blend containing an inherently UV stable, non-blooming brominated flame retardant and an Antimony Oxide synergist. This product is RoHS compliant.

Santicizer® 154 is a liquid, non-halogen, triaryl phosphate ester fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is similar to tricresyl phosphate in performance properties, but without the neuro-toxicity associated with ortho-cresol materials. Within the Santicizer® family of plasticizers, Santicizer® 154 offers the best fire retardant properties. Santicizer® 154 is a great option in many applications where fire resistance is paramount, but plasticization is not a key property or where plasticization may need to be compensated for.

EXTINITY® 0202-104 (formerly known as: EXTINITY® CF101-LM) is a flame retardant masterbatch in a semi-crystalline, co-polymer polypropylene carrier. It has been designed for extrusion, and Wire and Cable insulation applications. The product meets between V-2 and V-0 flammability rating when tested to UL 94 at various thicknesses.

Hydramax™ M3FD is a series of magnesium hydroxide flame retardants and smoke suppressants which have been designed for thermoplastics and elastomeric compounds.

Flamtard V grades are inorganic silicate based flame retardant synergists, chemically modified to control the glass transition temperatures over which they soften (470-500 °C). Above this they convert into a highly viscous molten state in which they can help to reduce the creation and propagation of micro cracks in char formation during polymer combustion. Flamtard V can also improve adhesion of metal oxide residues and oxidized organic materials, leading to mechanically stronger chars. Flamtard V can be used in mica filled silicon based security cables, flame retardant intumescent PVC and PUR materials for the building and construction industry, polyamides and polyolefins. For other polymers, check the potential stability with TGA first. This proven replacement for antimony trioxide can be used alone or in conjunction with other materials in the Flamtard range.

Hydramax™ HMC9 is an untreated finely ground Hydrated Magnesium Calcium Carbonate used as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant in thermoplastic and elastomeric compounds.

Hydramax™ HMC9-ST is a surface treated finely ground hydrated magnesium calcium carbonate used as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant in thermoplastic and elastomeric compounds. It is very compatible in a wide range of thermoplastics and provides improvements in processing and physical/mechanical properties compared to untreated grades.
