Zinc Stearate - A high quality technical grade stearic acid manufactured in a tightly controlled production operation that guarantees product uniformity. Available in bead, pastille or powder.

Fortimix® HV is an additive for rubber that features surface-treated microspheres that serve as multifunctional process aids for enhanced properties. It is used to achieve toughness, elastic recovery, tear, and compression set, in addition to the processing benefits of Spherix® microspheres.

MoldWiz® INT-1681OG - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

EF 44A - A blend of fatty acid derivatives (predominantly zinc soaps) useful as a processing additive for a wide variety of rubbers with the exception of halogenated elastomers. It is particularlyeffective in highly reinforced black and silica compounds and is especially suited for high durometer extrusion.

Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha Ltd. Titanium oxide MC-50 has been widely used as a carrier material for catalysts mainly used in thermal power plants, waste incinerator exhaust gas treatment equipment, automobile exhaust gas purification equipment, etc. Titanium oxide material is characterized by its strong resistance to deterioration of catalyst performance due to sulfur components in fuel, and the role of titanium oxide for catalyst carriers will continue to become more important for the conservation of the global environment.

Trecora Chemical CWP500 is a polyethylene wax. Salt spray resistance of an exterior coating that will be exposed to severe weathering can be improved by adding a barrier enhancing wax. Unwanted transfer or adhesion of coating to a contacted surface is thus prevented. Provides anti-block, release and gloss control properties. Can aid in the resistance properties of a coating. Imparts a non-stick character to a coating that decreases the tendency for blocking. Unwanted transfer or adhesion of coating to a contacted surface is thus prevented. Can be used to control gloss to achieve a desired matt effect. CWP500 by Trecora Chemicals is used in powder coatings, can coatings, coil coatings and wood/furniture coatings.

TR 451 - Specifically designed for use in highly loaded mineral filled polyolefins. This unique additive allows compounders to utilize untreated minerals while maintaining or improving the processing and physical property characteristics typically associated with treated minerals.

PE(O)-300 - External lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC.

POLYB® PA-490 is an additive added to attain improvement for processing of polyolefin resin at very low levels usage(100~100ppm). It is a white powder made of modified fluoro-elastomer. polymer processing aid is coated at the inside of the die wall and decreases the friction between melted resin and the die wall.

Mediaplast WH-P is a Processing aid and homogenizing agent with non-staining properties in order to improve the stickiness of synthetic rubber compounds. Especially in NBR, EPDM, SBR and EVA the application of Mediaplast WH results in shorter mixing times and better homogeneity.

TR 041 - A nonionic, ester-based wetting agent for polar fillers and pigments used for improved dispersion and metal release. Contains no metal ions.

W 34 - A combination of zinc-free fatty acid derivatives. It is used as a filler dispersing agent in a wide range of polymers (NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, CSM, and ACM), and can be used in open mill production as well as production in internal mixers.

Kettlitz-Dispergator FD is a highly effective processing aid for compounds in alimentary contact. It has been developed referring to the regulations of FDA and BfR XXI (former BGVV resp. BGA regulation). It is a combination of zinc salts and hydrocarbons in surface active agents.

MoldWiz® INT-1117LAM - A non-silicone process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L contains a unique additive that enhances the flow characteristics of polyolefin resins, reduces cycle time, while improving mold filling in multiple cavity molds. STRUKTOL® WS 180 Unique silicone chemistry for use with a wide variety of specialty elastomers

Hot polymerized SBR 1009AF is used in spray applied adhesives, calendared products, and extruded mechanical goods where smoothness and controlled shrinkage are critical requirements.

Tarene 90P is a low-cost, dark, non-staining, thermoplastic oleo-resinous product having a pitch base, with viscosity adjustments made with a process oil. The performance properties are comparable to or superior to pine tar. Tarene 90P finds its widest application as plasticizer, tackifier, and processing aid in rubber compounding. Other potential uses include adhesives, tar modifications, epoxy extension, coatings, mastics, and use as a low cost acid for emulsions.

Starbetter Chemical Materials Siloxane Masterbatch Base on PP ST-LS302 is made from high molecular weight polysiloxane uniformly dispersed in polypropylene resin. It can be blended evenly with other materials in production, easier processing. It is used as processing aids and surface modifier for thermoplastics, to improve the flowability in processing and surface properties of products, reduce coefficient of friction, and improve the scratch resistant.

STRUKTOL® HT 207 A zinc-free processing aid especially designed for use with silica-filled elastomers. It improves extrusion rate, reduces hysteresis, and reduces mill roll sticking. It has a slight activation effect in sulfur-cured compounds which in some instances is very desirable.

STRUKTOL® TR 229 for use in both PC and PC/ABS blends as well as Nylon 6 and 6,6 compounds. It can be used in FDA applications. It is also ideal for use in recycled applications.

A 82 are used as a combination peptizing and processing additive and are effective in both natural and synthetic rubber. A 80 and A 82 are easily dispersed in rubber due to their high concentration of dispersing agent. A 86 contains more active substance and can therefore be used at lower dosages.

There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.

Natro-Cel R-A is a blend of sodium sulfonate and selected process oils on silicon dioxide. Used as an effective dry-form plasticizer and processing aid for NR, SBR, IR, and IIR. Suggested for open-roll mill mixing and used in emulsification, corrosion and wetting applications.

STRUKTOL® ZB 49 A recent addition to our product lineup. It is designed for use as a process additive in silica-filled compounds to both reduce viscosity and improve extrusion rate. It promotes the crosslinking reaction between polysulfide silane coupling agents and polymer, and has minimal effect on dynamic stiffness.
