V-EGS - A very compatible internal/external lubricant for rigid PVC.

Promix® 100LS is a highly effective process enhancer and for Natural and Synthetic rubber compounds.

TR 251 - A blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants for areas where EBS is being used. An effective dispersant and wetting agent for pigments and fillers in a wide variety of polymer systems.

V-PEAS - External lubricant for calendering, extrusion, blow and injection molding. V-PEAS VG is the vegetable based version.

Starbetter Chemical Materials Silicone Powder ST-LS100 is mainly made from high molecular weight polysiloxane. It can be used as processing additive and surface modifier for thermoplastics . It can improve the flowability and surface glossiness , reduce the friction factor.

EVERNOX-B410 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

TPW 709 - A highly efficient lubricant used when a broad range of composites are in the mix and can be used with or without coupling agents.

Trecora Chemical CHU561 is a polyethylene wax. Provides anti-block, release and gloss control properties. Can aid in the resistance properties of a coating. Salt spray resistance of an exterior coating that will be exposed to severe weathering can be improved by adding a barrier enhancing wax.

V-PEDS - Internal/external lubricant for extruded profiles and molded goods.

MoldWiz® IMRI - A non-silicone process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting its mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.

CHEMLUBE® Calcium S has a Process aid for Butyl, EPDM, SBR and other elastomers. Improves dispersion when added at beginning of mix. Improves release when added at end of mix cycle. Facilitates removal of molded parts.

Natro-Cel R-A is a blend of sodium sulfonate and selected process oils on silicon dioxide. Used as an effective dry-form plasticizer and processing aid for NR, SBR, IR, and IIR. Suggested for open-roll mill mixing and used in emulsification, corrosion and wetting applications.

MoldWiz® INT-66PV - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating

WB 42 - A zinc-free blend of fatty acid derivatives that provides internal as well as external lubricationin a wide range of elastomers, resulting in improved flow, cavity fill, mold release and extrusion. It does not affect peroxide cures.

Mediaplast AT is a very effective process aid to improve flow properties and to reduce the tackiness of rubber compounds regardless of the polymer used. Processing of CR and ACM compounds in par-ticular is significantly improved by adding a small amount of Mediaplast AT. It improves the demolding properties of technical rubber parts. The sticking of uncured compounds to internal mixers, open mills and conveyor belts will be visibly diminished by the use of Mediaplast AT.

WB 16 - A zinc-free process aid designed to reduce viscosity and improve mold release in a wide variety of polymer systems; it improves mold release, especially when complicated mold designs are involved. It has a slight activating effect on the cure rate of sulfur-containing compounds.

STRUKTOL® ZB 49 A recent addition to our product lineup. It is designed for use as a process additive in silica-filled compounds to both reduce viscosity and improve extrusion rate. It promotes the crosslinking reaction between polysulfide silane coupling agents and polymer, and has minimal effect on dynamic stiffness.

MoldWiz® INT-3952R - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

Trecora Chemical OX-7 is an oxidized polyethylene wax. It is easily emulsified. Salt spray resistance of an exterior coating that will be exposed to severe weathering can be improved by adding a barrier enhancing wax. Unwanted transfer or adhesion of coating to a contacted surface is thus prevented. Provides anti-block, release and gloss control properties. Imparts a non-stick character to a coating that decreases the tendency for blocking. Can aid in the resistance properties of a coating. Can be used to control gloss to achieve a desired matt effect. OX-7 by Trecora Chemicals is used in powder coatings, can coatings, coil coatings and wood/furniture coatings.

VLB-602 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.

EP 52 - A processing additive designed for use in EPDM, butyl, and halobutyl rubber compounds. It is a blend of rubber compatible non-hardening synthetic resins and fatty acid soaps, and is effective at improving extrusion uniformity and smoothing extrudates.

Polylink Polymers P-91010 PA is manufactured by compounding linear low density polyethylene with additives like antioxidant & special processing aids to improve the process ability.

Booster EP is a reactive polymer blend, which is polyolefin and elastomeric in nature. It depends on hydrogen abstraction followed by a controlled reaction of available free radicals. It is capable of alloying with a wide variety of thermoplastics and elastomers and it can stabilize a complex mixed polymer system, both polar and non-polar. It consists of several components and its reactivity is partly activated in the production process.

SCG Chemicals WD2020P is the polyethylene homopolymer wax having unique properties produced from thermal cracking process. Our high technologies and processing control, resulting in good consistency of qualities with uniform color and physical characteristics of wax so it can be used in various applications.

Mediaplast WH-P is a Processing aid and homogenizing agent with non-staining properties in order to improve the stickiness of synthetic rubber compounds. Especially in NBR, EPDM, SBR and EVA the application of Mediaplast WH results in shorter mixing times and better homogeneity.

POLYB® PA-490 is an additive added to attain improvement for processing of polyolefin resin at very low levels usage(100~100ppm). It is a white powder made of modified fluoro-elastomer. polymer processing aid is coated at the inside of the die wall and decreases the friction between melted resin and the die wall.
