NBR or Nitrile Buna-N Rubber is highly resistant to mineral oils, vegetable oils, and many harsh chemicals. Nancar® NBR 1052 is a medium high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with good oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It has low Mooney viscosity, superior processing characteristics and provides compounds with high elongation..

Thermoseal C-4439 is an excellent high-performance material for use in high temperature and high-stress applications. The expanded metal reinforcement is a galvanized low carbon steel insert which makes this material suitable when vibrations are present. This material is manufactured with a combination of fiberglass and aramid and inorganic fibers reinforced with a nitrile binder.

Apcoflex® N385 is a cold polymerized, high ACN containing acrylonitrile butadiene co-polymer. It contains non-staining antioxidant.

N63B is a Copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene with a medium ACN content of 30 - 45%.NBR materials typically provide excellent resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels and greases, as well as, very low gas permeability, ozone resistance, plus exceptional heat aging and mechanical properties.N63B is accepted by the UK Ministry of Defense (MOD) to Defense Standard 02-337 part 1, issue 1 (NES 337) for use on naval ships and submarines.
