Andur 6 APLM is a polycaprolactone based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. This high-performance system yields an elastomer with a hardness of about 60 Shore A when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-ethylenebis (orthochloroaniline)]. This system avoids this use of mixed curatives or plasticizers which are usually required to achieve hardnesses in this range, thereby, resulting in ultra high-performance properties.

Andur 8-5APLS is a polyester based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer designed for optimum solvent resistance. Elastomers with a Shore A durometer hardness of 83-86 can be obtained when Andur 8-5APLS is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of 53-56 Shore A durometer hardness can be obtained when cured with Curene 49.

Andur 2-90AP is a polyether (PTMG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 90 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur 2-90AP with polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

An elastomer with a hardness of 83-85 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Andur 8-3 APLF is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing 0.1% or less free TDI monomer. An elastomer with a hardness of 81 to 84 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442, other diamines or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 8-6APSLM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer designed to remain liquid at room temperature. Elastomers with a Shore A durometer hardness of 84-87 can be obtained when Andur 8-6APSLM is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be prepared by curing Andur 8-6APSLM with various polyols, combinations of polyols and Curene 442, other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 5-DPLM is a polyester based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 50 Shore D is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur 5-DPLM with poyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 7501 DPLF is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing .1% or less free TDI. An elastomer with a hardness of 74 to 77 Shore D is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

This new product is a poly-ester/ether, toluene diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 95 Shore A is obtained by reaction with Curene 442. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur 9000-AS is a two-component liquid urethane system which can be processed at room temperature to yield an eastomer with a hardness of 90 to 92 Shore A.Andur 9000-AS is recommended where ease of processing is desired.

Andur 850-AP is the result of several years of research to develop a high performance moderate cost prepolymer for the cast urethane industry. This product is a polyester/polyether TDI terminated coprepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 84 to 86 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 6500 DPLF is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing 0.1% or less TDI monomer. Andur RT 9002 AP is a low viscosity liquid prepolymer which can be processed and cured at room temperature with Curene 107 to yield an elastomer with a hardness of 88 to 92 Shore A. This system has a extended potlife of about 25 minutes that can be adjusted using oleic acid catalyst.Andur RT 9002 AP is recommended where room temperature processing and curing is desired with minimal elastomer shrinkage.

Andur 2-60DP is a polyether (PTMG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 60 Shore D is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur 8003AS is a 80 Shore A, low cost, high performance urethane. Andur 8003AS offers high rebound and excellent dynamic properties in a moderate to low cost system. In addition, when properly cast, Andur 8003AS gives a water white finished product. Andur 8003AS performs best when cast with Ethacure 100LC through meter mix and dispense equipment however, product modifications are available which may extend working time to offer hand batch opportunities. This system is primarily recommended for applications that require superior dynamic performance, or enhanced product clarity. In addition, low processing temperatures and quick cycle times offer processing advantages.

Andur 7-DP-LM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 70 to 72 Shore D is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis(orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 9002-APTF is a low viscosity liquid prepolymer which can be processed and cured at room temperature with Curene 107 using Oleic acid catalyst to yield an elastomer with a hardness of 88 to 90 Shore A. This system has been specifically formulated to yield a tack-free film in about 60 minutes when catalyzed to a 6 to 8 minute pot life.Andur 9002-APTF is recommended where room temperature processing and curing is desired and a tack-free film within about 60 minutes. If an application does not require a tack-free film, then we recommend using Andur RT 9002 AP.
