Andur 8-6APSLM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer designed to remain liquid at room temperature. Elastomers with a Shore A durometer hardness of 84-87 can be obtained when Andur 8-6APSLM is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be prepared by curing Andur 8-6APSLM with various polyols, combinations of polyols and Curene 442, other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 6 APLM is a polycaprolactone based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. This high-performance system yields an elastomer with a hardness of about 60 Shore A when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-ethylenebis (orthochloroaniline)]. This system avoids this use of mixed curatives or plasticizers which are usually required to achieve hardnesses in this range, thereby, resulting in ultra high-performance properties.

Andur 800-DP is the result of several years of research to develop a high performance, moderate cost prepolymer for the cast urethane industry. This new product is a poly-ester/ether, toluene diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 80 Shore D is obtained by reaction with Curene 442. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur 8-5APLS is a polyester based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer designed for optimum solvent resistance. Elastomers with a Shore A durometer hardness of 83-86 can be obtained when Andur 8-5APLS is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of 53-56 Shore A durometer hardness can be obtained when cured with Curene 49.

Andur 9500 APLF is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing 0.1% or less free TDI monomer. An elastomer with a hardness of 95 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur 9500 APLF with polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur RT 9002 AP is a low viscosity liquid prepolymer which can be processed and cured at room temperature with Curene 107 to yield an elastomer with a hardness of 88 to 92 Shore A. This system has a extended potlife of about 25 minutes that can be adjusted using oleic acid catalyst.Andur RT 9002 AP is recommended where room temperature processing and curing is desired with minimal elastomer shrinkage.
