Elastocon® SMR1000 by Elastocon TPE Technologies is comprised of Thermoplastic Elastomer (unspecified). It is commonly used as Extrusion Resin and Molding Resin for a variety of applications. Elastocon® SMR1000 is certified as FDA and RoHS Compliant. It is available in Pellets form.

Elastocon® 8055BX is a black high density thermoplastic elastomer formulated for applications that require rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® 8055BX is well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability. Elastocon® 8055BX can be overmolded to polypropylene.Elastocon® 8055BX is supplied as ready to use pellets in 1000 lb. quantities.

According to a study, about 80% of infection diseases start from surface contact. Bacteria and fungi are everywhere in our daily life, the microbe can quickly reproduce with suitable conditions. It may cause contamination, odors and infectious diseases. Anti-Microbial, Anti-Fungal additives will be integrated into the polymer during the manufacturing process to inhibit the growth and provide protection from microbes.

HAPFLEX 700 & 800 products are a series of low hazard, colorless, high strength, elastomers available in Shore hardnesses from 65A to 72D. HAPFLEX 700 & 800 products exhibit high tensile strength, high tear strength, and excellent elongation. All HAPFLEX 700 & 800 products cure at room temperature and can be accelerated with heat.Another key attribute of the 700 & 800 SERIES is that the base color of all components is colorless. For user convenience, HAPCO has designed this series in 2 speeds so the user can "customize" production rates and cure times. The fast and regular versions can be blended to user customize the gel time and cure time.HAPFLEX 700 & 800 SERIES can be used for mechanical, electrical, and mechanical/electrical applications. In addition, HAPFLEX 700 & 800 products show superior water immersion properties and superior adhesion when used in combination with Hapco's one part PRIMER 200.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 305 contains a powerful water-seeking additive that chemically combines and eliminates lensing and porosity in blown and cast extrusion, injection, compounding, and pipe applications caused by surface moisture or incorporated into the resin during processing. CelSpan® Process Aid 305 contains a very effective additive that chemically traps water to eliminate moisture. This product can be used to eliminate moisture in high temperature engineering resins such as nylon and is utilized by metering in at 2% - 5% depending on the level of moisture.

TRIEL® 5300 is a Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) product. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America.

APARPRENE® 050 DN-S permits fabrication of rubber-like articles with speed, efficiency and economy in injection molding, extrusion and blow molding to create durable and long-lasting parts. It is a general purpose grade.

Cel-Span® UVS 717 is a (HALS) concentrate containing a stabilizer package for injection blow molding, extrusion and film applications for polyethylene. Hindered Amine Light stabilizers are the most effective light stabilizers for polyolefins. HALS is extremely efficient because these special additives continuously repopulate themselves during the UV stabilization process.

Elastocon® 8058HL is a colorable thermoplastic elastomer formulated for applications that require rubber-like properties and a reduced coefficient of friction. Elastocon® 8058HL is FDA compliant and well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability. Elastocon® 8058HL can be overmolded to polypropylene.Elastocon® 8058HL is supplied as ready to use pellets in 1000 lb. quantities.

ECO-FLEX™ RTPV SA-55A is available in a wide range of hardness grades. SYNESIS has the capability to tailor make a grade of ECO-FLEX RTPV to meet the needs of your specific application.

ISOTHANE 1070A are poly(adipate)ester based thermoplastic polyurethanes, thermoforming TPU. They exhibit excellent toughness, abrasive resistance, and solvent resistance. These products can be injection molded, blow molded, and extruded.

M.G. Polyblends AM-02 are being widely used in both household and industrial applications. General commodity plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene are generally used in extrusion and injection molding applications such as toothbrushes, toilet seats, and kitchen chopping board, shower curtain, pen grips and many more.

FULXUS® FX-TPO-J160 is a olefin based standard grade. In this type, degree of cross-linking as well as the balance between workability and heat resistance is also adjusted.

Aipol Spa APAN is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) pellet, produced through “reactive extrusion” in the Aipol plant of Montegranaro. The TPUs combine the high technical properties of the polyurethane elastomers, to the possibility of processing through a termoplastic technology. A bridge between rubber and traditional thermoplastics.

Elastocon® OF70B is a black thermoplastic elastomer that has been developed for applications that require oil/plasticizer free, high strength properties and a reduced coefficient of friction. Elastocon® OF70B is well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability. Dongguan Liangsu Masterbatch Technology C5029 is made of high quality Calcium Carbonate and other special additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine. It is widely used for polyolefin material in the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting, etc. When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products.

The Titanos Group R-903 is a sulfate process rutile titanium dioxide suitable for use in polyolefin master batch and also can used in wide range of polymers and compounds where durability is not critical. It has excellent whiteness and dispersion.

APARPRENE® TL 095AN-S permits fabrication of rubber-like articles with speed, efficiency and economy in injection molding, extrusion and blow molding to create durable and long-lasting parts. It is a translucent grade.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L is a processing concentrate in a compatible resin carrier used in extrusion and injection processes to enhance flow and reduce the processing temperature while increasing productivity for all types of polyolefin resins. Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L contains a unique additive that enhances the flow characteristics of polyolefin resins, reduces cycle time, while improving mold filling in multiple cavity molds. In extrusion and blow molding applications, Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L enhances flow and reduces processing temperature of polyolefin resins as much as 30 to 50 degrees. This reduction in processing and melt temperatures results in less polymer degradation, better color, lower cycle time and higher output especially in sheet, injection molding,and blow molding applications, and extrusion applications.
