NuSil™ MED-4055 is a uhp high consistency silicone elastomer.

Paracril P3255XL is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, partially cross linked. It is stabilized with a non-staining and non-discoloring stabilizer.

NuSil™ MED-4150 is a high consistency silicone elastomer.

NuSil™ MED-4735 is a high consistency silicone elastomer.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 700S is a very effective dispersing aid for white fillers. It is particularly effective in highly loaded Silica compounds. In the presence of silane coupling agents, it should be added after the silanization process is completed.

W 34 - A combination of zinc-free fatty acid derivatives. It is used as a filler dispersing agent in a wide range of polymers (NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, CSM, and ACM), and can be used in open mill production as well as production in internal mixers.

V-Wax E has Superior plate out resistance for calendered and molded goods.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent TC-27is a multiplex monoalkoxy titanate which has the dispersion as phosphate ester and coupling property as titanate. This product is similar to KR-12 made by Kenrich Chemical Company, USA. It is good surface active agent for pigment and has excellent dispersion property (especially to carbon black).

Silanogran Silanogran SI-69/GR 70 offers improvement of mixing properties e. g. reduction in Mooney viscosity, better processability when mixing, calendering and extruding and influences the physical-mechanical data of the vulcanizates favorably.

Rubaloy RA - 75 is a polymer blend of specially selected polymers viz. High Nitrile and pretreated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'C' and Fuel 'D') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used speciality Synthetic Rubbers for high oil, fuel, sour gas, heat, ozone, weather aging and lead free petrol resistance. It has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

V-PEAS - External lubricant for calendering, extrusion, blow and injection molding. V-PEAS VG is the vegetable based version.

Ekflex 8815 is a colorless liquid plasticizer based on diisononyl phthalate (DINP) and monomeric isomers thereof, featuring excellent performance, low volatility and outstanding setting properties and used globally to manufacture laminates and sealants for the automotive industry.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 5000 improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities different viscosities. It is quickly absorbed by the polymer matrix by wetting out the surfaces which leads to a fast incorporation of other compound ingredients. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering. ULTRA-BLEND™ 5000 is best added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the optimum wetting effect.

Chengdu Dowhon Industry FD-451C is High tensile,low compression set,excellent mold release.

EMPILON® HA60 is a blending material based on modified hydrogenated Styrenic block copolymer, with a hardness range from Shore A39 to Shore A85. Its main processing method is double injection or co-extrusion.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 4000 improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities or different viscosities. ULTRA-BLEND™ 4000 is quickly absorbed by the polymer matrix by wetting out the surfaces which leads to a fast incorporation of other compound ingredients. It is best added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the optimum wetting effect. ULTRA-BLEND™ 4000 increases green tack of rubber compounds by showing some synergistic effect with tackifying resins. The morphology of the product can slightly change over several months of storage time. A softening point increase within the range of several degrees is typical.

CHEMLUBE® Calcium S has a Process aid for Butyl, EPDM, SBR and other elastomers. Improves dispersion when added at beginning of mix. Improves release when added at end of mix cycle. Facilitates removal of molded parts.

A General Purpose Extrusion and Molding Polymer

Antitack NP-97/TY-40 is a highly concentrated dispersion of zinc stearates. By means of new tech-nologies and high quality raw materials the zinc stearate content could be increased to more than 40 %.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 improves filler incorporation and release of most rubber compounds. Due to its low volatility, ULTRA-LUBE“ 220 can be used in heat resistant vulcanisates based on HNBR, ACM and FKM. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 shows good plasticizing properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in molding process and prevents scorch. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is highly effective in polar compounds, like NBR to improve flow and release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is especially suitable for peroxide curing system owing to its low peroxide demand.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 800 is a zinc free dispersing aid for both carbon black and white fillers. It is particularly applied where zinc soaps are restricted. In the presence of silane coupling agents, ULTRA-FLOW™ 800 should be added after the silanization process is completed.

These reactions are carried out by different methods and yield some products which are used as valuable, self-stabilizing Plasticizers and processing aids and which are known as Epoxy Plasticizers. We are using our own methods for the epoxidation of triglyceride and alkyl esters of natural fatty acids. The products are characterized by remarkable properties due to the specific effectiveness of the epoxy groups and the special production method.
