Tufel™ III rubber series are biocompatible(1), two component silicone rubber compounds. 92506 and 92656 are 50 and 65 durometer addition curable silicone elastomers that offer low compression set and high resilience with no post bake required for most applications. CHEMLUBE® Calcium S has a Process aid for Butyl, EPDM, SBR and other elastomers. Improves dispersion when added at beginning of mix. Improves release when added at end of mix cycle. Facilitates removal of molded parts.

Chengdu Dowhon Industry FD-551E is Low compression set, excellent flow and mold release.

Silanogran Silanogran SI-69/GR 70 offers improvement of mixing properties e. g. reduction in Mooney viscosity, better processability when mixing, calendering and extruding and influences the physical-mechanical data of the vulcanizates favorably.

Rubaloy RA - 75 is a polymer blend of specially selected polymers viz. High Nitrile and pretreated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'C' and Fuel 'D') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used speciality Synthetic Rubbers for high oil, fuel, sour gas, heat, ozone, weather aging and lead free petrol resistance. It has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 5000 improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities different viscosities. It is quickly absorbed by the polymer matrix by wetting out the surfaces which leads to a fast incorporation of other compound ingredients. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering. ULTRA-BLEND™ 5000 is best added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the optimum wetting effect.

Ekflex 8815 is a colorless liquid plasticizer based on diisononyl phthalate (DINP) and monomeric isomers thereof, featuring excellent performance, low volatility and outstanding setting properties and used globally to manufacture laminates and sealants for the automotive industry.

ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH is an effective activator for sulfur curing systems of NR. It can partially or completely replace stearic acid and works to reduce stress relaxation and creep of NR parts. It can also improve the reversion resistance of NR compounds as well as compression set of NR vulcanisates.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

General Industrial Polymers SBR 1205 is a solution styrene-butadiene partial block copolymer, polymerized using an alkyl lithium catalyst at the Grangemouth production facility in Scotland, UK. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 6000 is a non-staining homogenizer that improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities and different viscosities. It also increases green tack of rubber compounds by showing some synergism with tackifying resins. Due to its light color, ULTRA-BLENDTM 6000 is recommended for white and colored compounds.

G&E 254 is produced from feedstocks carefully selected for uniform viscosity, ethylene propylene ratio, and 3rd monomer. The feedstocks are chosen to produce a blended EPDM Polymer which has a medium ethylene content, medium diene content, and low mooney. G&E Blended EPDM 254 can be blended with prime EPDM polymers to reduce compound costs in extruded, calendered and molded applications.
