PEROXAN ME-60 LX is Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide Solution in TXIB.PEROXAN ME-60 LX is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Pentox 40 is peroxide initiator for copolymerization of unsaturated resins polyester. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators at temperature surroundings. These initiators are particularly suitable in those applications where it is required fast molding with transfer of the core, for example cold forming or in injection molding techniques. Compared to the Metox-50 hardener, they contain a lower amount of active oxygen. However, they show a similar one gel time and a greater exothermic effect, therefore, they are not recommended for use in production too thick layers in one operation, as well as for hardening gel coats.

Metox 30 is peroxide initiator for copolymerization of unsaturated resins polyester. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators at temperature surroundings. They are suitable for manual and spray lamination. Due to the lowered water content is recommended for hardening gel coats, polymer concrete, some polyester varnishes and others. These initiators show an extended gelation time compared to Metox-50.

PERGASLOW BK-100 is 4-tert.-Butylcatechol 98%, Solid.PERGASLOW BK-100 is used as an inhibitor for increasing pot life and gel time of activated or or preaccelerated unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperatures.

Moulex® 154 NS is internal mold release agent. It improves external release agent performances.

Metox VLHP90 is a liquid peroxide initiator based on peroxides methyl ethyl ketone in an Ōalan plasticizer. Compared with the standard MEKP, the initiator contains a reduced content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. May be used for curing unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), gelcoats, in the presence of cobalt accelerator. Especially recommended for curing gel coats due to very low content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. This high purity initiator can be used wherever the use of Permix-MC96 is demonstrated too fast gelling. Compared to Metox-BW85, it has a shorter gel and hardening time.

PERGAQUICK C100 is Cobaltoctoate 10%, Liquid.PERGAQUICK C100 is used as an accelerator for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with Ketone peroxides

Metox 50W is peroxide copolymerization initiator for unsaturated polyester resins. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators to curing at ambient temperature. They are suitable for manual and spray lamination. They can be used, for example, for the production of polymer concrete. Compared to the hardener Metox-50 show a slightly extended gelation time. Due to the reduced water content Metox-50W is recommended for curing gel coats, some polyester varnishes and others.

MoldWiz® INT-PS125 - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow and line speeds. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

PEROXAN A-50 M is Mixture of Acetylacetone peroxide and tert-Butyl hydroperoxide Solution in diacetone alcohol.PEROXAN A-50 M is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

PERGAQUICK A300 is N,N-Diethylaniline 99%, Liquid.PERGAQUICK A300 is used as an accelerator for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with Dibenzoyl peroxide (PEROXAN BP-types).

Metox BW80 is a liquid peroxide initiator based on peroxides methyl ethyl ketone in an Ōalan plasticizer. Compared with the standard MEKP, it contains reduced content of hydrogen peroxide and water, and increased content of MEKP dimer. It states diluted form of the Metox-BW85 initiator.

PEROXAN BP-Pulver 50 W + is Dibenzoylperoxide 50%, Powder in dicyclohexyl phthalate.PEROXAN BP-Pulver 50 W+ is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins and acrylic resins at ambient and elevated temperatures.

PERGASLOW HD-10 is Hydrochinone 10%, Solution with cyclohexanon.PERGASLOW HD-10 is used as an inhibitor for increasing pot life of SMC and BMC.
