Bay Rubber Company NITRILE RUBBER COMMERCIAL GRADE has a number of good properties including good resistance to petroleum oils and aromatic hydrocarbons. NBR or Nitrile Buna-N Rubber is highly resistant to mineral oils, vegetable oils, and many harsh chemicals. It also has good elongation properties as well as adequate resilience, tensile strength and compression set. Applications of nitrile rubber include: fuel tanks, fuel tank gaskets, petroleum gaskets and fuel related rubber applications. Nitrile rubber is now commonly found in laboratories and facilities where testing involving chemicals takes place. Nitrile rubber holds up well in marine diesel tanks and aviation fuel gaskets.

SK60 is a blended SBR/NR slit sheet with plate finish.

N40 contains general properties like good weather-resistance, moderate resistance to petroleum-based fluids and good physical properties.

HY60 is a csm rubber sheet.

Colmant Coated Fabrics Eco Rubber Sheet has properties similar to nitrile rubber but with better heat, oil and petrol resistance. It has a low gas permeability and better low temperature flexibility than NBR. Its resistance to acids, alkalis and ozone is excellent.

VITON® VI70 is a commercial grade black VITON® sheet with Excellent resistance to many concentrated acids and Excellent resistance to many concentrated acids.

American Biltrite AB-566 (FDA) is a Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) Polymer.

W60 is a food grade white nitrile sheet made from FDA-approved materials (Title 21 Food and Drug S 177.26000).

Colmant Coated Fabrics Butyl (IIR) Rubber Sheet is a synthetic rubber developed in the 1940’s. It has exceptionally low gas permeability making it ideal for inner tubes and high pressure/vacuum sealing applications. Its very low resilience makes it suitable for shock and vibration damping. Its chemical unsaturation gives it excellent resistance to heat, ozone, and weathering, and also to dilute acids and alkalis. It is not suitable for use in mineral or petroleum based fluids.

R75 is a commercial grade red sbr sheet, plate or fabric finish with good physical properties.

CI is a commercial grade black sbr sheet, with cloth reinforcement and has excellent physical properties.

SESK60 is a plate finish.

American Rubber Products® NEO-40 is noted for its versatility for general-purpose applications. It can display very good resistance to ozone, oxygen, sunlight, alkalis and acids.

B60 is a commercial grade black nitrile sheet.

MicrOring® Seals EP Features good resistance to such polar solvents as ketones (MEK & Acetone). EPM/EPDM is also highly recommended for effective resistance to steam (to 400°F), hot water, silicone oils and greases, dilute acids and alkalies, alcohols and automotive brake fluids. Properly compounded, ethylene propylene can provide extended temperature range of -76°F to +350°F.

E60 is a commercial grade black EPDM sheet and has good ozone, chemical and aging resistance.

NDIA is a commercial grade black neoprene sheet with nylon reinforcement and has chloroprene reinforced with 14.5 0z./sq. yd.nylon fabric
