Flytac 103 - 90 is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Dragonox® BHT is a phenolic antioxidant that is widely used in polymer materials, petroleum products, and the food processing industry. It is a common rubber antioxidant that has a protective effect on heat and oxygen aging. It is easy to disperse in rubber and can be directly mixed into rubber or added to latex as a dispersion. This volatile product can also be used as a gelling inhibitor in SBR and as an effective stabilizer in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (dosage 0.01 - 0.1%), and polyethylene ether.

Dragonox® 2246 is an antioxidant that is widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, latex, a variety of synthetic materials, and other petroleum products.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 405 is one kind of highly effective, odorless, nontoxic general rubber antioxidant, and has small pollution among the amine antioxidants. Applied to natural rubber and chloroprene, SBR, isoprene, NBR, and so on, it can effectively protect from aging caused by heat, light, ozone, flex-fatigue and cracking. It has a good synergetics with sulfur-containing antioxidant. In contrast to other general antioxidants, SG-R 405 has an inimitable advantage when used in plastic and electric wire and cable, food packing material, adhesives, especially in chloroprene rubber and food packing, medical and health care product as rubber parts, light or garish colored rubber products, in the advanced rubber electric cable as well as the polyether, in advanced lubricating oil. Therefore, it is the ideal substitute of the antioxidant A, antioxidant D,, RD, 264, 4010, SP, WH-02, and the recommended dosage amount is 0.5-2%.

Rayton Chemicals 6PPD is blackish browngranules or flakes, and will slowly cake when the temperature exceeds 35-40°C.

Finornic Chemicals Finor-MBI-011 is used as synergistic antioxidant for rubber. Is a good heat sensitizer and gel forming agent.

EVERNOX-2246 is one of the most widely used antioxidants for white, light colored and transparent vulcanates that are based on natural or synthetic rubbers. In light colored vulcanates, it retards the crazing effect caused by exposure to light. It does not influence processing and vulcanizing properties. It exhibits low volatility and migration which makes it suitable for use in POM and ABS. EVERNOX-2246 is listed in Section 175.105 of the Food Additives Regulations as a component food packaging adhesives and in Section 177.2600 as a component of rubber articles intended for repeated use in contact with food. Total antioxidant is not to exceed 5% by weight of rubber product. It is also permitted for use in olefin polymers per Section 178.2010 at levels not to exceed 0.1 wt. % of the finished product, in contact with foods of high water content, alcoholic beverages, moist and dry solids containing no free fat or oil on the surface, etc.

It is non-pollutant antioxidant stabilizer for BR, butadiene styrene rubber, neoprene, chemigum, butyl rubber, transformer oil, latex products, PU leather sizing agent, polyether and top-grade oil paint..

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Antioxidant agent 4010NA (IPPD) is a high-efficiency and multi-functional antioxidant with a wide range of applications. It can be used in natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers and their latex. It can be used in aircraft and automobile tires, bicycle tires, and cable industrial rubber products and latex. It is soluble in organic solvents such as oil and alcohol. It is hard to dissolve in gasoline, insoluble in water. It is easy to oxidize and change color when exposed to air and sunlight, but does not affect its performance.

Finornic Chemicals Finor-MBI-010 is a non staining synergistic antioxidant for natural and synthetic rubbers offering good heat resistance and flex protection in natural and synthetic rubbers as well as latex. Not recommended for Polychloroprene. Easily disperses in rubber.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins MMB Powder can be used for natural and synthetic rubbers. As it is secondary antioxidant, ever better effects can be developed when used together with other antioxidants. Furthermore, when it is employed in case of sulfurless vulcanization higher heat resistance can be obtained, it also serves as an accelerator of CR and heat sensitizing agent for latices. It is effective not only white and light colored articles, but also for rubber products of all types. But unsuitable for food processing.

AO 702 is an important phenolic antioxidant, which is mainly used for plastics, natural and synthetic rubber, and usually used as oils additives. With the excellent performance on high‐temperature antioxidation, it finds many applications in oil products serving under high temperature like heat conduction oil, quench oil and special lubricant.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Antioxidant agent RDZ is Suitable for natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene rubber and their combined rubber. This product is an ideal anti-aging agent to replace carcinogenic anti-butyl, anti-armor, and RD. It is especially effective to prevent heat aging of neoprene. It has the performance of amine antioxidant in the carbon black compound, and does not pollute the product by blooming. This product can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants. The amount in rubber is generally 2 to 3 parts.

China Star Materials 4,4'-Diphenylisopropyl diphenylamine (Antioxidant HS-911) is a kind of high-efficient nontoxic Antioxidant to replace D, A, RD and so on which are carcinogenic. HS-911 can be used in NR, IIR, SBR, NBR, BR, CR and their blend, and is especially efficient in protecting CR from thermal aging. It can also be used in plastic industry. BNX 3052 (61167-58-6)is a multifunctional antioxidant for the stabilization of adhesives, elastomers, and plastics. Unlike conventional phenolic antioxidants, BNX 3052 is effective to scavenge alkyl (carbon-centered) radicals. The product is particularly active under demanding processing conditions (high temperature, high shear) and under anaerobic conditions.

Rongcheng Chemical General Factory Antioxidant 4010NA(IPPD) is a dark brown to dark violet pastilles.

Robinson Brothers Arbestab Z 20487 is higher alkyl dithiocarbamate of Zinc.

China Star Materials Octylated diphenylamine (Antioxidant OD) is antioxidant for NR, SBR, NBR and CR. It has good protective character to heat, oxygen, flexing and crazing, and is efficient to rubber whether used together with carbon black. It has obvious thermal brittleness resistance in CR, and can increase its protective character to ozone aging.

4020(6PPD) is Rubber Antioxidant. Pure 6PPD is white solid product, and will gradually oxidize to brown solid when exposed to the air. Industrial product 6PPD is purple brown to black brown granules or flakes, and will slowly cake when the temperature exceeds 35-40°C. It is soluble in gasoline, benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate,dichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride ,methylbenzene, ethyl alcohol and other organic solvents, insoluble in water.
