Luwax® A Powder serves multiple functions such as a processing aid, lubricant (external and internal), dispersant, mold release agent, and binder. This product imparts a long-lasting antistatic property to polyolefin resins while causing practically no lowering of their physical properties and moldability. This product dry-blended with polyolefin can be directly molded into the final product, using appropriate molders such as an injection molding machine, an extrusion molding machine and a calender, without a kneading process because this product exhibits excellent dispersibility in polyolefin.

PELESTAT NC7530 is a permanent antistatic agent for styrene resins which was developed by using an original Sanyo Chemical compatibilization technique. This product imparts a permanent antistatic property when blended with styrene resins while causing practically no lowering of their physical properties and moldability. It minimally affects the transparency of styrene-acrylic copolymer (MS resin) with a refractive index of approx. 1.53.

PELECTRON AS is a polymer-alloy type permanent antistatic agent for styrene resins which were developed by using an original Sanyo Chemical compatibilization technique. This product imparts a long-lasting antistatic property to styrene resins such as ABS resin and PC/ABS resin by being kneaded into them while causing practically no lowering of their physical properties and moldability. In addition, compared to conventional permanent antistatic agents, PELECTRON AS exhibits an excellent antistatic property even when used in small amounts because this product substantially decreases surface resistivity of styrene resins.
