Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 330 is a kind of hindered phenol antioxidants with high efficiency, low toxicity, low volatility, and pollution free. Antioxidant 330 is white crystalline powder and stable at high temperature. It has low volatility, no pollution, no oral toxicity. Different from the other antioxidants, it can’t be absorbed by animals’ or human’s tissues after oral taking, and entirely vent from dejection. Approved by FDA, it is suitable for rubber products and plastic apparatus which are used in food, medical and health care areas. It is widely used as antioxidant and heat stabilizer in high or low density ployethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyacetal, chlorinated polyether, polyamide, natural or synthetic rubber, adhesive and lubricating oil with high melting point. It can improve aging resistance, high temperature resistance, withstanding pressure, abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance of the product to keep good luster and prolong lifetime. It can be applied to package of food to keep good luster of plastic. It is also used in cable material, because of its low dielectric loss, the performance is obviously better than old antioxidants such as Irganox 1010.

United Chemical Technologies C3300 is applied in Epoxies, Nylons, Urethanes.

d2p® Flame Retardant decrease the ignitability of materials and inhibit the combustion process, limiting the amount of heat released.

Plaox 1024 is widely used for PE, PP, PA and so on, especially in wire and cable insulation.It has a good synergistic with general antioxidant. The dosage is recommended to be 0.1 ~ 0.5 phr .

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 601 has good anti-oxidation performance. It has both anti-oxidation as HALS has， and noncontamination as phenolic antioxidant has. It is widely used in natural or synthetic rubbers to replace antioxidants with contamination and toxicity. SG-R 601 is a highly effective, nontoxic, low cost rubber antioxidant, has excellent heat and oxidation resistance, can improve fatigue damage of crosslinked rubber under many cycles flexible distortion condition, and has good synergistic effect with antioxidant RD, 4010 to improve aging resistance and tear resistance, so it is used in manufacturing many kinds of rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes and latex products. The common dosage is 1%-3%. It can also be applied to colored products of polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene and cellulose. SG-R 601 also acts as stabilizer for various synthetic rubbers, the dosage is 0.5%~1.5%. In view of its poor anti-sunlight performance, it should be avoided to be used under sunlight.

B1A is an anhydride modified polypropylene. It is a propene polymer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is especially suitable for the reinforcing and compatibilizing of PP mineral fiber and glass fiber.

PowerNox™ 2266 contains a chemical name called Bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)methane.

JYANOX 1330 Antioxidant is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidants for polyolefins.

Benetex OB-1 (1533-45-5)is a heat resistant and chemically stable fluorescent whitener that increases whiteness and provides brighter looking colors. It is used to offset the yellowness of a polymer and to yield a whiter appearance. Optical brighteners create brilliance by a fluorescence process involving absorption of invisible UV light and emission of visible blue light. Benetex OB-1 is especially useful in polyester and nylon fibers, as well as in high temperature engineering plastics.

ABRIL® 1041 is widely applicable as an additive in the compounding and processing of thermoplastics, performing as an outstanding internal and external lubricant. Abril 1041 is supplied in the form of fine beads.

China Jinan Taixing Fine Chemical Brominated polystyrene is used in PET,PBT,PA6 and PA66.

Phoniton™ MCA-8 is a kind of high effective nitrogen halogen free flame retardant. It is very stable when the temperature is lower than 300°C. However, sublimation will happen when the temperature is above 350°C. The decomposition temperature of Phoniton™ MCA-8 is 440°C～450°C.

PowerNox™ 2450 contains a chemical name called Triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate.

ABRIL® 1051 is widely applicable as an additive in the compounding and processing of thermoplastics, performing as an outstanding internal and external lubricant. It's a non-toxic product and F&DA approved for many food contact applications. Abril 1051 is supplied in the form of fine powder.

Plaox DSTDP is a thioester auxiliary antioxidant with good performance and with higher antioxidant effect than Plaox-DLTDP. It is of low volatilization, low heat loss in processing, non-polluting and non-discoloring. It has well synergistic of antioxidant Plaox-1010, Plaox-1076. Plaox-DSTDP is widely used for PE, PP, PA, ABS resin, etc. The dosage is recommended to be 0.1 ~1.0 phr.

Suqian Unitechem Antioxidant 1076 is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, polyester, synthetic rubber, grease, paints and lubricants, etc.

AO 1076 is a nonpolluting nontoxic Antioxidant with good heat‐resisting and water‐extracting performance. Widely applied to polyolefine, polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin，synthesize rubber and petroleum product, often used with DLTP for promoting the antioxidative effect.

Ta Haw Enterprise R 103 is a flame retardant, PA injection, extrusion.

WARADUR® E is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C28 – C32. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of C58 – C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.

EVERNOX-1330 is used in polyolefins e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc. Furthermore, it is applied in other polymers such as engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo- and copolymers. It may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-1330 can be combined with other additives such as costabilizer (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-1330 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

Syndant MCA15 is non-halogenated flame retardants for polyamide, glass fiber modified polyamide, polyurethane foam and polyester, especially polyamide, which is suitable for processing of sorts.

Zhenjiang Xingxing Flame Retardants Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP-0M) is used in coating, paint, plastic (PP, PE, PA, PVC), rubber, and polyurethane.

EVERNOX-1098 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant of highly effective, non-discoloring stabilization for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. EVERNOX-1098 is especially recommended for use in polyamide molded parts, fibers, and films. It can also be used with various polymers such as polyacetals, polyesters, polyurethanes, adhesives, elastomers as well as other organic substrates. EVERNOX-1098 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility. It provides excellent processing and long-term thermal stability as well as superior initial resin color. It can be used in combination with other additives such as costabilizers (e.g. phosphites, thioesters), light stabilizer (e.g. UV absorbers, hindered amines), and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-1098 with EVERFOS-168 (also called EVERNOX-B1171) provide a great performance in polymer stabilization.

Sinobase Polymers Chemical UV-P is a benzotriazole type ultraviolet light absorber (UVA), imparting good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. Mainly used in Unsaturated Polyester.

ChemPlasa Materials L-1020 is Polarity Amide Wax which used as a functional additive in many industrial applications.

EVERNOX-B310 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

SUNOX® 1010 - a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant-is a highly effective, non discolor- ing stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils and fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation.

KINOX 98 is a nylon, PU & engineering plastics like polyacetal, white to off-white crystalline powder/ granules.

Hangzhou Hi-Tech Fine Chemical OB-1 is wdely used in ABS, PS, HIPS, PA, PC, PP, EVA and rigid PVC and other plastics. It can withstand high temperature of 375℃, especially suitable for engineering plastic products and fiber products processed at high temperature. When using fluorescent whitening agent OB-1 for PE and soft PVC, special attention should be paid to the control of the dosage. If the dosage is too much, the whitening agent will migrate.

Starbetter Chemical Materials Antimony Based Flame Retardant Synergist ST-FS-A2T has most formulas are using antimony trioxide (ATO) as flame-retardant synergist in halogen system. Meanwhile, the price of ATO is increasing rapidly and unpredictable and the antimony resource is getting less. It leads to the higher cost for most flame-retardant compounding manufacturers. Replace ATO with ST-FS-A2T, it can not only save the cost, but also decrease content of Pb, As and Hg. ST-FS-A2T can also improve the anti-aging and UV-resistant properties of flame-retardant compounding materials, but ATO has no such good properties. MAH or GMA functional group modifiers are recommended in the formula for good properties. This product is not suitable for PC (polycarbonate resin).

C-TEC™ CTZB400 is typically used as a formulating additive to increase char strength, reduce smoke, and to provide afterglow suppression.

AO 3114 is a kind of tri‐function group phenolic antioxidant, without pollution and coloring up. Dependent on high molecular weight and melting point, it has low volatility, low transferring, and good water extraction resistance, while equips plastics with resistance to thermo‐oxidation and light‐oxidation. 3114 suits for PE, PP, PS, ABS, nylon, PVC, PU, cellulose and synthetic rubber, especially effective for polyolefin. When used with UV absorbent and phosphite ester, a synergistic effect can be reached, thus enhancing the thermo‐stability and light stability.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 701 is a molecular concentrate used as a replacement for the traditional metal halides for stabilization of Nylons at high temperatures. This product is used at 1% - 3% active level depending on the type of compound and processing conditions. Cel-Span® Process Aid 701 also provides gloss, ozone, and bleach resistance to nylon fibers, without the use of metal halide stabilizers.
