Products in Elastomer Additives: Polyamides

Plaox 626 is a kind of high-effective solid phosphite ester antioxidant, which is superior to other phosphite ester in the effective protection of polymers' color. It is often blended with phenolic principal antioxidant (such as Plaox-1010) to prepare composite antioxidant which improves the thermo-stability of polymer processing, thus making it widely applied in PE, PP, PS, PA, PC, ABS and many other polymer materials.

APP‐203 is a product based on ammonium polyphosphate. The crystal modification is phase II. It is manufactured from APP‐201 by micro‐encapsulation with melamine resin according to own method. APP‐203 is a fine‐particle white powder with very low solubility in water, even at elevated temperatures. It is completely insoluble in organic solvents. The product is non‐hygroscopic and non‐flammable. It is completely insoluble in organic solvents. APP 203 is used in Plastic(PP,PE,PA,PVC,PBT),PU, Rubber ,Paint and coating.

Firebrake® Zb Fine is a white, crystalline powder manufactured in USA by U.S. Borax Inc. Firebrake® ZB is a unique form of zinc borate with multi-functional fire retardant applications in plastic and rubber compounds. Since Firebrake ZB releases its water of hydration at temperatures exceeding 290°C (554°F), it can be used in systems requiring high processing temperatures.

UV 770,Horsorb 770 is widely used in high light stability high polymer, including polypropylene, high density polyethylene, ABS resin, PMMA, SAN, PVC, nylon and polyester, polyacetal.

Starbetter Chemical Materials Sodium Antimonate ST-FS-SA is the recommended antimony synergist to flame-retardant acid-sensitive polymers such as PET, PBT, PC and certain polyamides. It has very low reactivity.

Disheng Technology UV absorber UV-328 is suitable for polyolefin (especially polyethylene), polyester, styrene polymers, polyamide, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, elastomers and other polymers.

Sunvin 36 is suitable for processing and aging conditions where high loads, low volatility and good compatibility are required. Sunvin 36 is also effective in PE, PA, PET, PC, POM, Elastomerics etc. It can be used alone or in a variety of blends and combinations with antioxidants, other UV absorbers and Light stabilizers.

EVERNOX-B410 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

JYANOX 3114 Antioxidant with three functional groups of hindered phenolic antioxidant, no pollution, coloring.

EVERNOX-1330 is used in polyolefins e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc. Furthermore, it is applied in other polymers such as engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo- and copolymers. It may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

China Jinan Taixing Fine Chemical Melamine cyanurate (MCA) is a non-halogenated flame retardant for polyamide, glass fiber modified polyamide, polyurethane, Rubber, Phenolic resin, Epoxy, Polyethylene and Acrylic acid. It also can be used as lubricant and adhesive agent. PA6 and PA66 with HT-211 MCA can pass the tests of UL94 V0, GWFI 960℃ and GWIT 750℃.

Zhenjiang Xingxing Flame Retardants Ammonium polyphosphate (XAP-02) is used in various thermoplastic plastics, especially polypropylene, polyethylene, copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate and polyolefin blend.

B1R is a maleic anhydride functionalized high molecular weight polypropylene with high reactivity. B1R modifier is designed to offer a way to solve the low combination between different polymer films, like PP/PA co-extruded films, PP/EVOH co-extruded films, and other multilayers films. The strong polar group MAH is grafted onto the molecular chain of B1R, which has reactivity and strong polarity. The addition of B1R can increase the adhesion of different polymer layers, metals, and others.

ChemPlasa Materials L-202P is Ethylene Bis Stearamide which used as a functional additive in plastics manufacturing.

Disheng Technology Antioxidant 168 is a hydrolytically stable phosphite processing stabilizer. As a secondary antioxidant,Antioxidant 168 reacts during processing with hydroperoxides formed by autoxidation of polymers preventing process induced degradation and extending the performance of primary antioxidants.

Sunvin 51 is a liquid benzotriazole type UV absorber, which imparts excellent light stability to the various polymers. Sunvin 51 can be used for PS type polymers, elastomers, adhesives, rigid and plasticized PVC, thermoplastic PUR, PVB, EVA, PA, TPE, hot cured unsaturated polyesters. Sunvin 51 can be applied for combination with other additives, such as phenolic antioxidant ( Sunox 1135 etc.), HALS UV absorber (Horsorb 292 etc.).

The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-76 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

Tiangang® AO-168 is a high-efficiency phosphite-based processing aid, which can effectively prevent the oxidative degradation of polymer materials during processing, and prevent the discoloration and decrease of mechanical strength caused by oxidative degradation during processing.

GCH Technology 5770 as a stabilizer, is superior to classic products such as UVAs and nickel-containing stabilizers. 5770 is very suitable, alone or in combination with oligomeric HALS, for the UV stabilization of tapes and thick items such as car bumpers and garden furniture. 5770 is recommended for polymers such as polyolefins, PS, HIPS, ABS, SAN.
