Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins MBZ Powder is a non-staining secondary antioxidant for NR, CR, EPR, SBR, NBR, etc. Especially effective against heat oxidation in combination with amine. Could be used alone or combined with the anti-degradants, such as DNR or AP.

Vulcanizing Agent DTDM is used as the rubber accelerator and vulcanized agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber. Under the curing temperature, it can release activing sulfur, effective sulfur content is about 27%. It has operating safety, curing speed is slow when it is used alone. The curing speed can be arised when used with thiazole, thiuram, thiocarbamate. There are many advantages, such as, no-spray, no-pollution, no-discolor, easy to disperse. It is especially suitable to butadiene rubber. Mainly it is used to manufacture tires, inner tube, rubber beltl, heat-resistance rubber products, etc.. DTDM is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Category 4.

ABRIL® 1051 is widely applicable as an additive in the compounding and processing of thermoplastics, performing as an outstanding internal and external lubricant. It's a non-toxic product and F&DA approved for many food contact applications. Abril 1051 is supplied in the form of fine powder.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins MBTS(DM) Powder has medium curing rate in NR and SR; suitable for most general rubbers; Used as plasticizer and delay agent in chloroprene rubber. It is usually used together with secondary accelerator in the synthesis of polymers; has better scorch safety than MBT.

China Star Materials N-(p-toluene-sulphonylamido-N'-phenylene diamine) (Antioxidant TPPD) is mainly used to produce rubberized fabric, electric insulative products and light color industrial products. When TPPD is used in CR with Antioxidant ODA as co-reagent, it will perform its best thermal resistance, reduce the plasticity of unvulcanized CR, and decrease the degree of shrinkage during calendering, so is helpful to adjust the size of semi finished articles.

In highly filled compounds ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 prevents the agglomeration of filler, which leads to better uniformity of physical properties of the finished goods. ECOPOWER C9 HC-9150 Hydrocarbon Resin is a low molecular weight thermoplastic aromatic resin produced from petroleum derived C9 fraction through catalytic polymerization technique. HC9150 is a transparent granular solid with the color of light yellow.
