EKFLEX 883 is a colorless liquid plasticizer based on diisooctyl phthalate (DIOP) and isomers thereof, featuring excellent performance and providing great value for money.

Nurcacit TMTD PDR can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. TMTD is scorch and gives fast cure rates. In sulfur less and EV cure system TMTD produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance. Good color retention is obtaining in non-black vulcanizates. TMTD is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. In the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with N,N’-ethylene thiourea, TMTD may be used as a retarder.

IIntercure® 3 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a blocked diamine cross-linking agent used for a very safe processing of Fluoroelastomers (FKM), Polyacrilic (ACM), Ethylene-Acrylic (AEM) and Epichlorohydrin (CO-ECO) elastomers. Depending on choice of elastomer, desired cure rate and physical properties can be obtained using levels ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 p.h.r. IIntercure® 3, may be used in combination with IIntercure® 1.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology MBT is a general-purpose accelerator that is widely used in various rubbers. It is a medium and super fast vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and general synthetic rubber. It has a plasticizing effect on natural rubber. It can be used alone or in combination with other additives. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, tapes, cables, etc. The bitter taste is not suitable for the manufacture of rubber products in contact with food.

Orient Black® N550LG is a low surface area, high structure and smooth pellet surface reinforcing filler grade having high purity.

Robinson Brothers SDBC 20420 acts as fast primary and secondary accelerator in latex.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 705 is the rubber antioxidant. It is mainly used in such synthetic rubbers as SBR, NBR, chloroprene, chlorohydrin, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and so on, and can prevent the cracking due to sunlight, ozone and enhance thermal stability for the chloroprene rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene. In plastic industry it serves as the UV stabilizer and the antiozonant of polymer material. It is used in polypropylene fiber, film and narrowband to provide good stability, but make the product appear yellow-green. The amount of dosage is 0.3 - 3 PHR.

Nurcacit MTT PDR used as vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber, Injection-molded and technical extruded articles, profiles, hoses, seals, mills (rollers), cable sheeting, conveyor-belts based on CR. Possesses good module, age-resistance and advantageous compression set. Nurcacit MTT dispersed perfectly in compounds based on polychloroprene. As a result of its relatively low melting point (about 60 to 70 C), the material usually melts down and disperses without any problems. Because Nurcacit MTT is a powerful accelerator, it is best to incorporate it at the end of the mixing process together with ZnO. Particularly in compounds with a high rubber content, high viscosity or containing large amounts of active carbon black, MTT should be incorporated into the otherwise finished compound while it is being preheated for conversion.
