PEROXAN ME-50 LS-PX is Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide Solution in TXIB.PEROXAN ME-50 LS-PX is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Cel-Span® S 310 is a compounded antioxidant concentrate in HDPE & LLDPE blends to provide thermal stabilization to polymers at high temperatures and during routine maintenance shut-down procedures. Cel-Span® S 310 is an effective shut down stabilizer for all polyolefin resins. It is used to protect these materials from thermal degradation during exposure to processing temperatures maximizing the inherent physical properties of the natural resins. When used at a 5-10% level, Cel-Span® S 310 can be left in extruders, dies, and other process equipment during routine maintenance “shut down and start up” procedures, to prevent unwanted polymer degradation, and help keep the process equipment clean and free of black specs and degradation.

BNX 2777 (40601-76-1 & 31570-04-4)is a primary and secondary antioxidant blend using an phenolic antioxidant (BNX 1790) and a phosphite type antioxidant (Benefos 1680). The primary antioxidant provides superior polymer stabilization and has excellent compatibility with polymeric HALS’s and UVA’s. The secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and antioxidation, with good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance.

Cel-Span® FR 680 is a highly loaded 80% concentrate flame retardant tailored for a variety of applications including injection molding and sheet extrusion. Cel-Span® FR 680 was designed to be a cost effective retardant made for polyethylene requirements including the Boston Fire Department Test and the NFPA – 701 small scale test. The use of Cel-Span® FR 680 will result in excellent flame retardancy to pass several flammability requirements. Flame testing has shown that recommended levels between 8% - 25% are intended as guidelines, but optimization is necessary for each application because of the differences between equipment, resin systems, additives and flame retardancy requirements.

Makrostab® UV 0724/1323 are stabilizer masterbatches used for increasing the UV stability of polymer. Their application is recommended in all cases where the basic stabilization from the resin producer is insufficient for a given application. The MAKROSTAB® masterbatches represent a simple and efficient solution to the additional stabilization of polymer at its last stage of conversion. They are successfully used in all processing technologies, e.g. injection and blow molding, tape extrusion or fiber production.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 101 is a 100% active (powder or pellet) internal lubricant processing aid with anti-static properties that are incorporated into the resin. Cel-Span® Process Aid 101 eliminates the need for an external mold release agent and improves resin flow, dispersion, resin additives ex:(reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), and reduces cycle time. The use of Cel-Span® Process Aid 101 will not have an adverse effect on the physical properties. Compatible with Polyethylene, Polystyrene, and Polypropylene.

BNX 549 (123968-25-2)is a multifunctional antioxidant for the stabilization of plastics and elastomers. Unlike conventional phenolic antioxidants, BNX 549 is effective to scavenge alkyl (carbon-centered) radicals. The product is particularly active under demanding processing conditions (high temperature, high shear) and under anaerobic conditions.

ProFLOW 3000 is high flow rate (MFR 1500+) polypropylene resin that quickly melt to low viscosity Newtonian fluids.

Cel-Span® CFA 200 is a 50% active Binary foaming agent specially formulated with activators and self-nucleating agents that contribute to uniform cell formation and smooth surfaces. CelSpan® CFA 200 concentrate releases mostly N2 and CO2 gasses upon decomposition. This product is safe when used under the conditions of intended use. Upon complete decomposition (activation) of the C.F.A., the extruded and injected parts will become white, similar in color to endothermic chemical foaming agents. Cel-Span® CFA 200 is recommended for extrusion, injection, and structural molding of any kind of thermoplastics, except polycarbonate and thermoplastic polyesters.
