Mercapto-functional silane used as a coupling agent in polysuflide and polyurethane caulks and sealants. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

Andisil® 186 Silane is used in a variety of industrial applications. W1A is an anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer. It is a ethylene elastomer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is especially suitable for super-tough or cold-resistant nylon.

Silane coupling agent Crosile-69(Si69) is bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane for rubber applications in combination with white fillers containing silanol groups

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. Crosile®560 is γ-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. It is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive orfanic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups.

Kettlitz-Silanogran HVS is the granular form of a new vinyl silane for peroxide cured rubber com-pounds which contain silica, clay or aluminum hydroxide as fillers. The active silane content is 50 %.

Irubond 450ML is a compatibilizer, coupling agent in polyethylene system.

SD Korea SBP-20 NS coupling Agents are chemically modified compatibilizer with MA, maleic anhydride which is organic chemicals as active functional component. Its function helps increasing compatibility when co-mixing and co-extruding with non-compatible plastic resin. Finally homogeneous material is produced by SBP coupling agent. It is called compatibilizer or coupling agent and in some case it is called bonding agent.

Silane coupling agent Crosile®1891 is a colorless clear liquid with light typical odor and soluble easily in ethyl alcohol, acetone,benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water.

SCA 984 used in mechanical rubber goods or mineral filled surface treatments.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent TC-27is a multiplex monoalkoxy titanate which has the dispersion as phosphate ester and coupling property as titanate. This product is similar to KR-12 made by Kenrich Chemical Company, USA. It is good surface active agent for pigment and has excellent dispersion property (especially to carbon black).

Crosile®792 is N-2-(Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. It is an amino functionalized silane coupling agent. The individual molecules contain two types of reactive functional groups that are amino group and alkoxy group characterized by different reactivity thus bonding with both organic and inorganic materials. It acts as a sort of intermediary which bonds organic materials to inorganic materials. It improves desirable qualities such as mechanical strength, moisture or chemical resistance and electrical properties. Crosile®792 is extensively used in adhesives to improve adhesion.

SCA 985PL used in highly dynamic elastomer applications, including tires to improve reinforcingcapabilities. These silanes will improve abrasion, lower hysteresis, improve adhesion and processing.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent TC-2 is monoalkoxy-phosphate and similar to KR-12 (Kenrich Chemical Company, USA). It is surface active agent for pigment and filler and has good dispersion effect.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent TC-WTis a chelate 200-type titanic acid ester and similar to KR-238S made by Kenrich Chemical Company, USA. It is a kind of surface active agent for pigment or filler, especially suitable for the treatment of high moisture containing filler or filler which use water as solvent.

Crosile®AK200 is afunctional water-based system adhesion enhancer.Used for enhancing adhesion and adhesion of most common emulsions and substrates such as water-based epoxy, water-based acrylic and water-based polyurethane. Such as: metal, glass, ceramics, concrete and other inorganic base materials.

Silanogran PV is the 50 % granular form of a trimethoxy-silyl-group containing low molecular poly-butadiene (formerly Polyvest 25) on a mineral carrier. The pure liquid polymer is sticky and highly viscous. Our granular form provides easier handling, avoids inaccuracy and insecurity while dosing and incorporating the material into the rubber compound.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent TC-F is monoalkoxy-coupling agent and similar to KR-TTS (Kenrich Chemical Company, USA). It is a kind of good agent for surface treatment of inorganic filler and magnet particle.

TKC Kunststoffe E.K. Scona Tppp 8112 GA is an adhesion modifier for TPE-S overmolding compounds and coupler for natural fiber compounds in polypropylene.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Silane coupling agent SG-Si 121 can be used to synthesize the organosilicone chemicals with quadriamine cation. As a mildew-proof and deodorant processing agent, it displays special function such as antimicrobial, deodorization, antistatic and surface activation.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent G-6 is monoalkoxy-coupling agent and Similar to KR-12 (Kenrich Chemical Company, USA). It is light yellow to white wax solid and its melting point is 50-55.

Rosin Chemical(Wuping) JH- I33 Silane Coupling Agent acts as a silane coupling agent. Can also be used as an intermediate to produce many kinds of coupling agents and silicone fluids.
