ELASTOSIL® AUX Replasticizer 4 is a ready-to-use silicone rubber additive that helps to replastify heavily crepe-hardened solid silicone rubber compounds. Depending on the degree of crepe-hardening, a dosage of 1 - 3 % is recommended. This product has a paste consistency and can easily be incorporated into ELASTOSIL® R and R Plus compounds.

MoldWiz® INT-54 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating

Metox VLHP90 is a liquid peroxide initiator based on peroxides methyl ethyl ketone in an Ōalan plasticizer. Compared with the standard MEKP, the initiator contains a reduced content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. May be used for curing unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), gelcoats, in the presence of cobalt accelerator. Especially recommended for curing gel coats due to very low content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. This high purity initiator can be used wherever the use of Permix-MC96 is demonstrated too fast gelling. Compared to Metox-BW85, it has a shorter gel and hardening time.

MoldWiz® WB-2700 - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part. Numerous demoldings per application of release agent can be expected without any necessity for washing the parts. The release will not interfere with secondary finishing operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

PEROXAN PK295 S1-V is Mixture of 1,1-Di-(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane and tert-Butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate Solution in odorless white spirits.PEROXAN PK295 S1-V is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

Pentox 40 is peroxide initiator for copolymerization of unsaturated resins polyester. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators at temperature surroundings. These initiators are particularly suitable in those applications where it is required fast molding with transfer of the core, for example cold forming or in injection molding techniques. Compared to the Metox-50 hardener, they contain a lower amount of active oxygen. However, they show a similar one gel time and a greater exothermic effect, therefore, they are not recommended for use in production too thick layers in one operation, as well as for hardening gel coats.

CHEMLUBE® Ester A is an Excellent processing aid for CPE, CR, CSM and PC-EPDM elastomers. Improves processing characteristics over a wide range of shear conditions. Little to no effect on physical properties. Improves dispersion of filler components. Well suited for compounds destined for extrusion and continuous cure.

VEMA DST EPX 50 is a low cost where specifications are not so strict and cost efficiency is the main aspect. DST EPX 50 are available in spray form.

M.G. Polyblends HSC-T-384 is pioneer in developing heat shrinkable, heat curable molding compounds based on polyolefin material containing some specialty chemicals and mold release additives. Curing material (Peroxide particularly dicumyl peroxide) has not been included in this product (HSC-T-384) and hence it does not loses its processing as well as electrical properties during storage. That means it can be stored for any period of time. Users have to incorporate peroxide during sheeting of the material on a Two Roll Mill or mix in a mixer prior to use in Injection Molding. It offers excellent weathering and other electrical properties required in cable jointing applications. This compound offers antitracking properties in the molded product. Outstanding properties of this compound makes an excellent choice for the molding of heat shrinkable Rain Sheds, Cable Breakout Boots and End Caps.

Stoner, Inc. E236 Urethane Mold Release is specially formulated as a release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded urethanes. A light coating produces best results.
