Pepton® 44 Prills is an improved and more efficient version of the established powdered Pepton® 44 Prills. Being free-flowing and dustless, it offers handling and environmental improvements. Additionally, increased peptising efficiency is derived from its rapid dispersion in rubber.

Thomas Swan PEG-4000 is a polyether compound which has a wide variety of applications depending on the length of the polymer chain and the molecular weight of the final polymer. PEG’s are typically prepared by polymerization of ethylene oxide and they can range in molecular weight from 200 g/mole to 8,000 g/mole.

Pepton® 66 is a dust free, pellet form chemical peptiser which provides handling and environmental improvements over conventional powder form peptisers.

K - STOFF T is a unique MPA for filled compounds, which offers excellent bonding, to filler & polymer with the enhanced flow & improved mechanical properties.

K - STOFF O is primary amides specially developed as mold release & slip additives for rubber application. Mediaplast 60 is a highly effective chemical peptizer for natural and Isoprene rubber, based on the well-known dibenzamidodiphenyldisulfide (DBD). However, it does contain an activator/catalyst system which enables the product to show superior efficiency in comparison to the products you find on the market today.

ABRIL® 1061 is widely applicable as an additive in the compounding and processing of thermoplastics, performing as an outstanding internal and external lubricant. It's a non-toxic product and F&DA approved for many food contact applications. Abril 1061 is supplied in the form of fine powder.

ULTRA-PEP™ 148 is a chemical peptizer for natural rubber based on DBD and extremely effective at low dosage levels. ULTRA-PEP™ 148 is environmental friendly owing to its completely dust free appearance. The low melting point of the carrier ensures a fast, easy incorporation, even at lower mastication temperatures.

EF 44A - A blend of fatty acid derivatives (predominantly zinc soaps) useful as a processing additive for a wide variety of rubbers with the exception of halogenated elastomers. It is particularlyeffective in highly reinforced black and silica compounds and is especially suited for high durometer extrusion.

Plasticizer SC DLC-A is a diester of triethylene glycol, silicon-dioxide blend plasticizer, and softener for NR, SR's. Gives low temperature flexibility; improves processing.

MoldWiz® IMRI - A non-silicone process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting its mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.

CHEMLUBE® Calcium S has a Process aid for Butyl, EPDM, SBR and other elastomers. Improves dispersion when added at beginning of mix. Improves release when added at end of mix cycle. Facilitates removal of molded parts.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins TBBS(NS) Powder is a natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and reclaimed rubber aftereffect accelerator, especially for the strong black rubber containing alkaline material. Safe operating temperature, anti-scorch strong, fast curing, high modulus strength, to improve the use of the proportion of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, is an ideal alternative NOBS, with excellent performance, is called the standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tires. Amines with aldehydes can, guanidine, thiuram accelerators and use, and scorch retarder PVI when used, constitutes a good vulcanization system. Mainly used in tires, shoes, hose, tape, cable manufacturing.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

CY 50 - A recent addition to our line of processing and performance enhancing additives. It is designed for use in both natural & synthetic rubbers containing silica, improving both dispersion rate and silane reactivity.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins PVI(CTP) Crystal is a pre-vulcanisation inhibitor. Provide predictable scorch control in most sulfur valcanisation; Improved cost performance through marginal stock recovery, single- stage mixing, higher processing and/or curing temperatures; activity is linear and higher than most retarders; may cause bloom above 0.5 phr. It is the anti-scorching agent for both natural and synthetic rubber.

CHEMLUBE® Zinc C is a General purpose processing aid for H-NBR, IR, NR and SBR elastomers. Has mild peptizing effect in NR compounds. Improves ingredient dispersion and lowers energy cost.

Promix® 100LS is a highly effective process enhancer and for Natural and Synthetic rubber compounds.

CHEMLUBE® Zinc L is Processing additive for H-NBR, IR, NR and SBR elastomers. Improves ingredient dispersion and shortens mix times. Improves mold flow and release.

ULTRA-PEP™ 90 is a multi functional processing additive. ULTRA-PEP™ 90 works as a mild mastication agent in the early stage of NR compounding and subsequently aids filler dispersion and down line processing, like extrusion and mold flow. Since the mastication effect is slower than with common peptizing agents, fewer break downs of polymer chains can be observed, resulting in better physical and dynamic properties. ULTRA-PEP™ 90 can be added in the masterbatch compound with other compounding ingredients and therefore a pre-mastication step is not needed. As such, additional cost saving could be achieved.

HP 55 - A lubricant/homogenizer combination which improves the mixing behavior of rubber compounds and promotes dispersion of reinforcing materials such as carbon black. Benefits have been found in the tire industry, particularly where solution SBR and NR are used.

MR 187 - A silicone free anti-tack agent (liquid, water soluble, mandrel release) and external lubricant for rubber processing. It has been especially designed for EPDM hoses, both peroxide and sulfur cross-linked, but can also be used successfully as a lubricantfor cured rubber articles. It is biodegradable.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Antiscorch agent CTP (PVI) used as a Scorch retarder for synthetic rubber and natural rubber. It can be used in combination with all sulfenamide or thiazole accelerators to control the safety of operation and prevent early vulcanization without affecting the vulcanization characteristics and performance of the vulcanizate. This product can significantly improve the storage stability of unvulcanized rubber and greatly reduce the amount of waste rubber. The dosage is 0.1-0.3 parts. This product does not pollute.
