Cel-Span® CFA 840 is a 40% active endothermic foaming agent concentrate, suitable for a variety of olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Cel-Span® CFA 840 is recommended for extrusion, injection, and structural foam molding of polyolefins.

McLube® 2100 contains finely divided PTFE that works its way into every microporosity on the mold surface to seal the substrate for an enhanced releasing effect. Silicone-free.

PE(O)-300 - External lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC.

Pau Tai Industrial Dibasic lead stearate has excellent lubricant at high temperature operation.

Cel-Span® CFA 800 is an endothermic foaming agent concentrate recommended for injection molding & extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenics, MPPO and ABS. Cel-Span® CFA 800 is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of polyolefins, polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. This product exhibits a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in extrusion applications. This product has been engineered to eliminate splay and to exhibit good surface esthetics for solid injection foam parts.

Pertac/GR is a multifunctional process aid based on 1.2-polybutadiene converted into free-flowing granules.

Ficel® AZ 4 is used as Flexible PVC, Polyolefin/Plastisol/Rubber.

EF 44A - A blend of fatty acid derivatives (predominantly zinc soaps) useful as a processing additive for a wide variety of rubbers with the exception of halogenated elastomers. It is particularlyeffective in highly reinforced black and silica compounds and is especially suited for high durometer extrusion.

V-DSP - Internal lubricant for extruded profiles and molding - exceptional clarity.

Schlicht Handelsgesellschaft A353 Release agent for elastomers is a semi-permanent, fast curing release agent for elastomers including EPDM, Nitrile and Neoprene . It creates a permanent yet removable thin non-stick coating on the mold surface for quick and easy part removal from the molds.

TR 055 - A combination product designed to offer more external lubricity for improved flow and metal release. It has proven to be very effective in automotive applications to replace traditional lubricants for improved processing and end product properties, including better fogging characteristics.

CHEMLUBE® Calcium S has a Process aid for Butyl, EPDM, SBR and other elastomers. Improves dispersion when added at beginning of mix. Improves release when added at end of mix cycle. Facilitates removal of molded parts.

V-PEDS - Internal/external lubricant for extruded profiles and molded goods.

TR 052 - A versatile additive that has found many uses in polymer applications such as compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersing agent and flow modifier.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in wood filled systems, leading to a more homogeneous blend. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 works as an excellent lubricant under high shear conditions, for example injection molding.

MoldWiz® INT-937 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.

McLube® 1700L is a PTFE dispersion with binding additives offering semi-permanent, non-transferring release characteristics. Ideal for injection molding. Silicone-free. Also, an excellent dry lubricant.

Mittal Pigments (Mittal Group) Lead Stearate is a white micro-crystal powder, combustible, specific density 1.323, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and ethyl oxide. It becomes gray-black when heated and dissolved, and decompose and becomes steric acid and corresponding salt under strong acid condition.

Cel-Span® CFA 200 is a 50% active Binary foaming agent specially formulated with activators and self-nucleating agents that contribute to uniform cell formation and smooth surfaces. CelSpan® CFA 200 concentrate releases mostly N2 and CO2 gasses upon decomposition. This product is safe when used under the conditions of intended use. Upon complete decomposition (activation) of the C.F.A., the extruded and injected parts will become white, similar in color to endothermic chemical foaming agents. Cel-Span® CFA 200 is recommended for extrusion, injection, and structural molding of any kind of thermoplastics, except polycarbonate and thermoplastic polyesters.

MoldWiz® INT-PA66HS is a processing aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin.Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 contains reactive sites which create hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as coupling agent between polymer and filler. It acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in highly filled plastics compounds, leading to a more homogeneous initial mix. At processing conditions, ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 is an effective lubricant for polyolefins like PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems. Applications recommended for ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO1 include highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates. In addition, it can be used in unfilled elastomers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired. In many cases, better surface appearance and more uniform mold shrinkage can be observed.

Endex NBC 2750™ is a 50% concentrate in a polymer carrier. It can be used in a wide range of commodity and engineering plastics, combining quality and efficiency with the benefits of versatility and cost effectiveness.

WB 42 - A zinc-free blend of fatty acid derivatives that provides internal as well as external lubricationin a wide range of elastomers, resulting in improved flow, cavity fill, mold release and extrusion. It does not affect peroxide cures.

Sunlube EBS is in bead form and chemically known as Ethylene Bis Stearamide.

CHEMLUBE® Zinc C is a General purpose processing aid for H-NBR, IR, NR and SBR elastomers. Has mild peptizing effect in NR compounds. Improves ingredient dispersion and lowers energy cost.

McLube® 857 is a highly lubricious release emulsion in water. Ideal for epoxy and some polyurethane applications. Cured when dry at room temperature.
