Andisil® TL 28 products are high activity liquid catalysts used in the condensation cure of silicones, and the synthesis of polyurethanes & esters.

EverGlide® MB1450 is a polymer which makes your parts last longer, decrease heat generation, and improve lubricity. Plastics are being used to replace metal in applications where metal parts have been used for decades. We know that plastic offers many advantages to metal, however most plastics, without additives, lack the properties required for demanding applications.

Andisil® OH 30 is a Low viscosity 6% silanol fluid. Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

Pepton® 44 RO peptiser efficiently reduces the viscosity of natural rubber and general purpose synthetic elastomers during mastication at elevated temperatures. Pepton® 44 RO is an improved and more efficient version of Pepton® 44 Prills.

EURIKAWAX LP 300 is a polyolefin wax used as fluidity and dispersing agent of concentrates in master batches, lubricants for PVC and rubber.

MicroFLON S-Series powders are Natural Prime PTFE micronized to various particle sizes. In thermoplastics and elastomers, MicroFLON® S facilitates lubrication and wear resistance. The tight process and particle size control typical of the MicroFLON® product line allows for easy dispersion, and distribution of the product.

MicroFLON T-Series powders are recycled PTFE micronized to various particle sizes. MicroFLON® T-Series is based on recycled PTFE powder that offers an attractive alternative to costly virgin PTFE. As confirmed in recent independent testing, MicroFLON® T offers superior coefficient of friction and wear resistance in both nylon and polyoxymethylene when compared against virgin PTFE. Recycled PTFE also offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint relative to the use of prime PTFE.

Santicizer® 141 is a fast-fusing, non-halogen, fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire. This versatile additive has FDA clearances making it an option for applications that involve indirect food contact. In PVC, Santicizer® 141 acts as a high solvating plasticizer, offering performance, faster fusion and high plasticizing efficiency. Santicizer® 141 is also used as a lubricant additive, hydraulic fluid, and rubber processing aid.

Supermag 150 is an efficient activator that is highly active, and has high surface area MgO. It is produced under a special processing condition, thereby resulting in controlled particle size distribution. Supermag 150 is a high active magnesium oxide mainly used as an acid scavenger, scorch retarder, or curing agent during the cross-linking of several rubber compounds containing halogens or nitrile groups. Examples include chloroprene rubber and synthetics rubber (FKM, CIIR, BIIR, CPE).

Andisil® 2827-186L is a high purity 1,3 - Divinyl Tetramethyl Disiloxane that is used as a linear inhibitor in the formulating of two-part Silicone RTV-2 Addition- Curing systems. Because of the large vinyl content (10.75 mmole/gm), small amounts are very effective in retarding and controlling the working time or pot life of two-part Addition-Curing Silicone RTVs. Also, due to its boiling point of 139 ºC, it is easily volatilized during curing. It is recommended that tests be performed to determine the exact quantity of Andisil® 2827-186L used in a formulation to customize the working time one requires. A suggested starting formulation is to use 0.25 to 0.50 parts by weight of the Andisil® 2827-186L with 100 parts of the Base polymer containing the platinum catalyst.
