The Cri-Line® compounds described in this site are fully formulated high performance compounds, developed, tested and guaranteed by Cri-Tech, Inc. These Product Selection pages will enable you to quickly locate compounds that meet your specifications. Compounds are grouped by product type/families. Among them are products for most major FKM end-use applications and manufacturing processes. Cri-Line® FKM compounds range from 50 to 95 durometer, 65% to 71% Fluorine, bisphenol or peroxide cure system, and specialty grades such as BRE (base resistant) and low temperature. Compounds are generally supplied in several standard colors, but can be customized to support any color program. A Cri-Line® compound that you have ordered will arrive at your receiving dock accompanied by a certificate of compliance (including test data) for the lot shipped and ready for immediate processing without further modification.

ELASTOSIL® FX silicone rubber grades and additives allow to achieve realistic, impressive effects on the skin, in masks and in decorative uses. Film, theater and cosplay are possible areas of application.

Paracril NBR grades are produced by cold and hot polymerization process. The cold process yields linear polymers with good processing characteristics and solubility in polar solvents. The hot polymerization process leads to more branching. Branching in the hot Paracril grades is more developed in the higher viscosity grades. The hot polymers offer improved green strength. &rosslinNed 3aracril N%5 grades are unique in processing and function.

Hydrogenated AcryloNitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) properties depend upon the acrylonitrile content and the degree of hydrogenation of the copolymer. They have somewhat better oil and chemical resistance than nitrile rubber and can withstand much higher temperatures.

ELASTOSIL® is an all-rounder for countless applications. Silicone rubbers consist essentially of silicone polymers and fillers. They cure at high temperature (HTV/LSR grades) or room temperature (RTV grades) with suitable reactants, forming a three-dimensional structure and transforming the uncured compound in a plastic state into an elastomeric rubber. Silicone elastomers are flexible at low temperatures and resistant to heat and aging (UV radiation and ozone). They are easy to process and have good mechanical properties that remain unchanged over a wide temperature range. They have a neutral taste and are biologically unreactive.

AquaCast® Is a family of Urethane Elastomer two component Systems: Hardnesses from 10 Shore A to 85 Shore D available with Colorants, UV Inhibitors, Anti-Oxidants, and other additives variable gel times, variable working times.

A unique range of fully organic elastomers ideally suited to thermal, dynamic and specific plasma processes where radical concentrations are generally lower or where inorganic filler systems are undesirable. The Kimura® range of high performance elastomer materials utilize a controlled molecular architecture which provides a unique self-reinforcing polymer structure, providing improved chemical resistance without the use of inorganic fillers of any kind. This high purity material breaks new ground in elastomer technology, developed specifically for aggressive chlorine and CxFy based semiconductor applications. Kimura® elastomers span the range of fluoro and perfluoro (FKM and FFKM) materials and includes unique hybrid elastomers, specifically developed by PPE, for the semiconductor industry, to offer a step-change in sealing performance, surpassing what has previously been achievable for fully organic materials. The high purity of the polymer combined with the absence of inorganic fillers makes Kimura® materials suitable for processes involving lower feature sizes.

GLOBALSIL are silicone rubbers, that harden at room temperature by the addition of their hardener in a condensation process.

SYNTHETIC RUBBER MCSM® is a modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, its airtightness is equivalent to halogenated butyl rubber, oil resistance is better than nitrile rubber, and has excellent aging resistance and high temperature resistance, and various types of rubber Olefin rubber has excellent compatibility. Mainly used for tire sealing layer and rubber products such as oil resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance. When used in tire sealing layer, it can be substituted for bromobutyl rubber. Due to its slow curing speed, it is generally recommended to replace 5-10 parts. The combined use of modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber can significantly improve the processing performance of the rubber material and increase the air tightness of the rubber material.

Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), usually shortened to nitrile or NBR, was developed in 1941 as the first oil resistant rubber. NBR rubber grades with high acrylonitrile content have better oil resistance, whereas low acrylonitrile content gives better low-temperature flexibility and resilience.

NITRILATEX is an extensive line of latex with different compositions specifically developed for application in the cord impregnation, rug and carpet backings, and the manufacturing of synthetic and natural fiber agglomerates, supported and unsupported gloves, non-fabric coatings, among others.

Silicone rubber is a high-performance elastomer that is ideal for high and low-temperature applications. VMQ’s unique structure provides material flexibility, and it is consistent over a wide range of temperatures thanks to its chemical characteristics.

ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone rubber grades are peroxide-curing. They can be processed by conventional methods, such as extrusion, calendering, compression and transfer molding, or injection molding. They cure in heat and are ideal for manufacturing a variety of silicone rubber articles.

Xyfluor® elastomers are highly fluorinated and combine excellent chemical compatibility with low-temperature capability. Performing in temperatures as low as -76°F (-60°C), Xyfluor resists aggressive media such as sour gasses and steam. In particular, it withstands H2S and CO2 better than comparable FKM and FQMV elastomers.

Smooth heat transfer is possible by evenly filling the gap between the heating element and the heat sink such as a heat sink or housing with a sircon.

Greene, Tweed's Voraz™ 511, a perfluoroelastomer, combines good resistance to CVD and etch plasmas with low stiction to enhance process chamber efficiency and increase uptime in FPD and solar applications. Additionally, Greene, Tweed's proprietary (patent pending) Extenis® manufacturing process facilitates the creation of large seals such as those used in Gen 5+ slit valve doors and chamber lids. This unique combination of materials properties and design capability make Voraz 511 a highly engineered seal solution that is optimized to reduce the total cost of tool ownership for FPD and solar process equipment.

Tufel* Silicone Rubber Compounds - Addressing the need for a platinum cured silicone elastomer line designed for use in a variety of manufacturing processes, Momentive developed Tufel silicone rubber compounds. This complete line of versatile elastomer products is formulated to offer high tear, fast cure, and catalysts optimized for both extrusion and molding operations. The Tufel family of products also includes low compression set and high resilience materials for highly mechanical applications. Tufel silicone rubber compounds may be used by themselves or blended to intermediate durometers.

Nanofluor® elastomers can be considered as hybrid materials, bridging a gap between the low cost of fluoroelastomer (FKM) and high cost of perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) polymer types. The range includes a fully organic ultra-low outgassing material and an inorganic filled grade with unique nano-filler to reduce erosion rates. The nano-filled material provides a chemical inertness only seen in much more costly FFKM grades and been developed for plasma ash or resist strip, chlorine and CxFy based etch processes. Nanofluor® grades provide some of the lowest trace metal contamination levels available from elastomer seals and ultra-low permeation rates.
