SILPURAN® 6760/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. SILPURAN® 6610/40 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound. Its vulcanizates are noted for their significantly reduced tendency towards radical-induced reattachment, i.e., healing, of slit valve surfaces during sterilization by gamma irradiation and e-beam (≤ 75 kGy). SILPURAN® 6610/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

LUMISIL® LR 7601/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber belonging to the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. POWERSIL® 466 LV A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It offers medium conductivity and exhibits excellent mechanical properties. The material has high elongation at break and low tension set, providing flexibility and resilience. Additionally, it maintains stable electrical properties, making it suitable for various applications.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4066/60 MH is a high consistency silicone rubber designed for the production of molded articles through addition curing. The cured articles display a low coefficient of friction. In comparison to standard high consistency silicone rubber (HCR) grades such as ELASTOSIL® 4001/60, post-cured parts made from ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4066/60 MH exhibit a reduction in coefficient of friction ranging from 50% to 70%.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

ELASTOSIL® Vario 15 is a pourable, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature through addition-curing. It can be blended with ELASTOSIL® VARIO 40 to achieve a desired hardness ranging between 15 and 40 Shore A. This versatile silicone rubber finds applications in prototype molding and reproduction molding.

This fast-curing silicone rubber offers excellent mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4060/50 MH is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for molding applications. The cured articles produced using this silicone rubber demonstrate excellent elasticity and low compression set. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4060/50 MH is well-suited for the manufacturing of molded articles.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG).
