Duradene™706 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 23.5% bound styrene and has a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™706 offers very good abrasion resistance and low hysteresis properties. It can also be used as a replacement for emulsion SBR 1502 in most rubber applications.

Diene™55NF15 is a solution polymerized rubber grade medium cis polybutadiene that contains a non-volatile and TNPP-free antioxidant stabilizer system. This medium viscosity grade rubber is used in a variety of molded and extruded mechanical goods. Diene™55NF15 offers excellent resistance to abrasion, high resilience or rebound, low temperature flexibility, and good resistance to fatigue cracking and crack growth.

JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant SKS-1739 / SBR-1739 is the copolymer of styrene and butadiene manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization using mixed rosin acid/fatty acid soaps, filled with TDAE-type oil and staining antioxidant.

SBR 1763 is an environmentally friendly version of SBR 1721 replacing aromatic extender oil with 37.5 parts of low Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon naphthenic oil. It was developed for tire applications.

SBR 1783 is an environmentally friendly version of SBR 1712 replacing aromatic extender oil with a 37.5 parts of low Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon RAE oil. It was developed for tire applications.

Astlett Rubber Inc SKI-3 Group 1 is the nearest substitute for natural rubber. It is synthetic polyisoprene with cis-1,4 content of at least 96%. SKI-3 uses a staining antioxidant.

JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant SKS-30 ARKM-27 / SBR-1723 is a styrene and butadiene copolymer obtained by cold polymerization with the use of mixture of rosin and fatty acids soaps, filled with TDAE-type aromatic oil and stabilized by staining antioxidant.

Solprene 1433 is a linear random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer having 45% of styrene content, 33% present as a polystyrene block.Solprene 1433 is a SSBR copolymer that provides low shrinkage and dimensional uniformity at the final product in vulcanized compounds. It also maintains an excellent balance of high hardness and oil absorption; therefore it is possible to increase the extender oil in formulation to reduce costs without losing in quality and properties.It is a polymer of high purity, essentially free of gel and with a light color. It has a non-staining antioxidant system.

JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant SKS-30 ARK / SBR-1500 is a styrene and butadiene copolymer obtained by emulsification method with the use of mixture of rosin and fatty acids soaps. It is stabilized by non-staining antioxidant.

SBR 4684 is a developmental carbon black master batch (CBMB) containing 52 parts of N-234 carbon black. It is extended with 10 parts of highly aromatic oil. SBR 4684 has excellent abrasion resistance, superior physical properties and is smooth processing. Product is made to order on demand.

Solprene 1205 is a linear random-block styrene-butadiene copolymer with a total content of 25% of styrene, 17.5% is present as a polystyrene block.It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications. Is essentially gel free with a clear color.Solprene 1205 is an excellent modifier for asphalt, formulations of caulks and sealants; it is also an excellent processing aid for most polymers, giving a good resistance to low temperature. Used in extruded goods, soles and heels. It can also be used as modifier for thermoplastic resins and in adhesive formulations.

JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant SKI-5PM cis-isoprene synthetic rubber is cis-1.4-polyisoprene produced by polymerization of isoprene in solution using stereospecific catalyst based on neodymium compounds. The rubber is stabilized by mixture of two non-staining antioxidants.

The rubber is stabilized by a non-staining BHT antioxidant that is approved for medical purposes and alimentary product uses. SKI-3S can be mixed with natural and synthetic rubbers and is non-staining.

Solprene 1322 is a high molecular weight linear random -block styrene-butadiene copolymer with a total content of 30% of styrene, 22% present as a polystyrene block.It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications. It is a high purity polymer, essentially gel free with a clear color.Solprene 1322 is used as an elastomeric impact modifier for plastics, especially in high gloss HIPS and ABS by the “in situ” polymerization process.

SBR 1686 is a carbon black master batch (CBMB) based on SBR 1500 latex and N-330 carbon black. It has a low level of oil extension and provides high tensile properties.

JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant SKS-1759 / SBR-1759 is the copolymer of styrene and butadiene manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization using mixed rosin acid/fatty acid soaps, filled with naphthenic oil Nytex 4700 and staining antioxidant.

Hot polymerized SBR 1011AE elastomer is recommended for adhesives, pressure sensitive tape and label, and mechanical rubber goods applications where nonstaining and high tack is essential.

Duradene™711 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 18.0% bound styrene and a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™711 offers excellent abrasion resistance and low temperature performance. It is often used in tire formulas with low black and oil loadings where good wear and hysteresis are desired.

SBR 1605 is a carbon black master batch (CBMB) SBR with 50 parts of N-550 carbon black.

Solprene 1110 is a linear high molecular weight random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer with 15% styrene, 10% present as a polystyrene block.It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a clear color.Solprene 1110 is mainly used as elastomeric modifier for asphalt and as an impact modifier in polystyrene products.

SBR 1789 is an environmentally friendly version of SBR 1712 replacing aromatic extender oil with a non-hazardous RAE oil. SBR 1789 contains a higher level of bound styrene. It was developed for tire applications.
