Synthetic cis-butadiene rubber BR-1243 Nd HV is a product of polymerization of butadiene in solution in the presence of rare-earth metal-base catalysts with addition of an antioxidant, which contains at least 97% of 1,4-cisbonds. The polymer contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines.

Synthetic cis-butadiene functionalized rubber SIBUR BR-1243 E-Pro is the polymerization product of butadiene in solution in the presence of neodymium catalyst; 1,4-cis at least 97%; polydispersity not more 2.6. The polymer is stabilized by non-staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines. The product is characterized by improved processability.

Synthetic cis-butadiene rubber SIBUR BR-1243 Nd Grade B (LP) is a product of polymerization of butadiene in solution in the presence of neodymium catalyst; 1,4-cis — at least 97%; polydispersity — no more 2.85. The polymer is stabilized by non- staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines.

Synthetic cis-butadiene rubber SIBUR BR-1203 Ti is the polymerization product of butadiene in solution; in the presence of titanium catalyst; 1,4-cis – at least 90%. The polymer is stabilized with non-staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines.

NITRILATEX® Vinylpyridine Latex (PSBR) LVP-106 by Valex Group is commonly used as Adhesion Promoter for a variety of applications.

Dynacast Industrial Products Natural Rubber - NR is a general purpose rubber with the optimum balance of physical properties essential for high performance engineering applications. It has a long fatigue life and high strength even without reinforcing fillers and is the first choice for spring applications. It can be compounded to give a wide range of hardness. Good low temperature flexibility, excellent elasticity with strong ensile and good elongation. Hot polymerized SBR 1011AE elastomer is recommended for adhesives, pressure sensitive tape and label, and mechanical rubber goods applications where nonstaining and high tack is essential.

An Excellent Polymer for Calendering

Hot polymerized SBR 1006 elastomer is used in applications such as adhesives, mechanical rubber goods, floor tile, cove base and brake friction products.

JSR has developed this grade as the only supplier in the world. Applications are broad. For example, the vibration absorbing materials for automobile, films, tubes, rubber shoe soles, some injection molded products and plastic modifiers.

Duradene™711 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 18.0% bound styrene and a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™711 offers excellent abrasion resistance and low temperature performance. It is often used in tire formulas with low black and oil loadings where good wear and hysteresis are desired.

A Polymer Highly Extended with Heavy Hydrotreated Paraffinic Oil for TPO and Extruded Thermoset Applications

Hot polymerized SBR 1009 is recommended for use in calendared products such as slab soling for footwear, and in extruded mechanical goods where smoothness and controlled shrinkage are critical requirements. It is also widely used in sealants and adhesives.

SBR 1500 is a general-purpose cold SBR with higher physicals and abrasion resistance than hot polymerized equivalents. It processes readily, provides the highest tensile strength available in cold SBR polymers, and is suitable for products which do not require resistance to staining and discoloration.

Hot polymerized SBR 1009C is recommended for use in calendared products and extruded mechanical goods. It is also widely used in sealants and adhesives.

SBR 1507 offers the lowest Mooney viscosity of all SBR 1502 type elastomers. It is a light-colored, general purpose, cold SBR elastomer. It enables a maximum filler loading in rubber applications.

SBR 1605 is a carbon black master batch (CBMB) SBR with 50 parts of N-550 carbon black.

Milagro Rubber Budene is the second largest volume synthetic rubber produced, next to styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). High cis BR will usually have cis content >95% which gives rise to better “green strength” and increased cut growth resistance in the cured product.

JSC Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant SKS-30 ARKM-15 / SBR-1705 is a styrene and butadiene copolymer obtained by cold polymerization with the use of mixture of rosin and fatty acids soaps. The rubber is filled with DAE-type extender oil for synthetic rubbers.

An Excellent Low Viscosity Polymer for High Quality Mechanical Goods

Hot polymerized SBR 1006C elastomer is used in applications such as adhesives, mechanical rubber goods, floor tile, cove base and brake friction products.

Hot polymerized SBR 4503C is used in construction mastics, adhesives and sealants intended for installing panels, furring strips, wood molding, plywood or hardboard. It offers a strong and instant bond that retains precise placement. It exhibits excellent shear strength and yields a stiffer film when used in tape, PSA or label application.

Hot polymerized SBR 1013 elastomer is used in adhesives, tire liners, and mechanical rubber goods, including auto mounts and household products.

GRP EPDM RECLAIM GRP EPS60E is a high quality reclaim manufactured from EPDM factory reject profiles. EPDM Reclaim is one of the most commonly used reclaim rubbers having both general-purpose and specialty applications. It is primarily used in automotive, construction, consumers and mechanical goods applications. The vulcanization properties of GRP EPDM Reclaim make it particularly suitable for a variety of EPDM Rubber products.EPDM Rubber is M-class synthetic Rubber. EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber. EPDM rubber is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene, and a diene-component. Generally, ethylene content is around 45% to 85% in EPDM Rubber. Higher ethylene content gives the higher the loading possibilities of the polymer, better mixing, and extrusion. The key properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone, and weather resistance. EPDM rubber have excellent electrical insulating properties. EPDM rubber have also very good resistance to polar substances and steam.

Duradene™706 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 23.5% bound styrene and has a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™706 offers very good abrasion resistance and low hysteresis properties. It can also be used as a replacement for emulsion SBR 1502 in most rubber applications.

Astlett Rubber Inc SBR 1507 High Grade is a general-purpose rubber. It can be used in the production of tires, tubes, conveyor belts, cable jackets, footwear, and various technical articles.

Dynacast Industrial Products Isoprene Rubber - IR has very similar properties to natural rubber as Isoprene rubber is a synthetic natural rubber. This is the same polymer as natural rubber - but made synthetically. Isoprene rubber is essentially similar in properties to natural rubber but it may be somewhat weaker.

It must be compounded with reinforcing fillers for high strength and then has physical and chemical properties similar to natural rubber. SBR 1686 is a carbon black master batch (CBMB) based on SBR 1500 latex and N-330 carbon black. It has a low level of oil extension and provides high tensile properties.
