STEPAN® MWA-310 is a phosphate ester and can be used as an emulsifier and extreme pressure agent in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in oil, yielding very low surface tension and cmc values. It can improve corrosion inhibition and also provide protection for aluminum.

MERPOL® A is an alcohol phosphate that offers attributes such as low foam generation, effective wetting, and reliable emulsification. It serves a range of applications, including metal processing, composite handling, printing ink manufacturing, and coatings. Classified within the chemical group of alcohol phosphate esters, its functions encompass being a plastic anti-static agent, pigment dispersant, and textile lubricating agent.

ZELEC® UN is a powerful agent that combines antistatic properties with mold release capabilities. Its use spans metalworking, textile applications, and pultrusion molding. In metalworking, it aids in polyester resin molding operations involving external heat, like matched metal die, compression, and pultrusion processes.

Klearfac® AA 270, a biodegradable anionic phosphate ester surfactant, is highly stable in caustic environments and will not discolor upon direct contact with NaOH beads. While a defoamer may be necessary, it serves as an exceptional emulsifier and effective solubilizing agent for nonionics in high electrolyte solutions.

Phospholan PS-131 is ethoxylated phosphate ester mainly used as dispersing and wetting agent as well as emulsifier in several applications.

T-Mulz® A 181-4.5 PE is a complex organic phosphate ester that is compatible with anionic and nonionic surfactants. It is highly effective as a lubricant, wetting agent, corrosion inhibitor, dispersant or emulsifier and is often used in lubrication oils, polishing fluids and cutting fluids.

DeCAL 2155 is a powerful non-aqueous wetting and dispersing agent that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. Lanphos PE245 is a phosphate ester manufactured with phosphorous pentoxide, resulting in a product containing both mono- and di-esters. Supplied in free acid form, when neutralized, the product finds use in various applications such as textiles as a lubrication aid and/or emulsifier, metalworking cutting fluids (especially when amine neutralized), as well as in leather, household, IandI, agrochemicals, and emulsion polymerization.

Naxonac® 965A is an ammonium salt of the phosphate ester Naxonac® 965, which is useful in the emulsion polymerization of a broad range of emulsion polymers, including acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylics. As an anionic surfactant, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkaline systems. Naxonac® 965 is an anionic surfactant that can be used as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization, pesticides, and cleaning formulations due to its stability at high temperatures, high alkalinity, and electrolyte systems. Additionally, its solubility in alkali systems makes it a great hydrotrope that can be used to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not normally soluble while simultaneously increasing wetting and detergency properties.

Naxonac® 690-50 is an alkyl phenol ether phosphate designed to meet your needs as an emulsifier, imparting corrosion resistance in the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate and highly carboxylated acrylics and enhancing detergency in alkaline systems. It does not discolor when used to de-dust alkaline powders.

Lanphos PE36 is a powerful emulsifier that can be used across a wide range of polymer systems and more importantly is used as a primary emulsifier without the need for a secondary surfactant to stabilize the system. ILCO PHOS 215 is Multifunctional additive for water-based lubricants providing emulsification, anti-wear, extreme pressure, and corrosion inhibition.
