SANHIBITOR 102 is an oil-soluble rust inhibitor, suitable for turbine oils. Also, it is applicable for lubricants. It has excellent demulsifying properties.

IONET S products are nonionic and lipophilic surfactants. They have low toxicity and exhibit low irritancy. They are used as emulsifiers together with hydrophilic surfactants such as IONET T products and EMULMIN products, to produce creamy cosmetics and creamy ointments. IONET S-60V is used for nonfluidic cosmetics.

IONET T products are ethylene oxide adducts of IONET S products and are more hydrophilic. They are used as emulsifiers together with lipophilic surfactants such as IONETS products, to produce creamy cosmetics and creamy ointments. IONET T-80V is used for fluidic cosmetics. IONET T-80V is solubilizing agents for perfumes, refined oils and fats of various kinds.

INTERCOOL® R-1431 inhibitors are designed to reestablish proper levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers in an existing glycol fluid. Over time, the corrosion inhibitor and pH buffer levels of an inhibited glycol fluid will slowly become depleted. R-Series inhibitors will replenish the critical levels of corrosion inhibitors and pH buffers to ensure proper long-term corrosion protection.

Its acid-stable and alkaline-stable features make it suitable for use in acid and alkaline cleaners, including aircraft cleaners, aluminum cleaners, asphalt cleaners, and cleaning concentrates.

DeCORE IMT-100LF Corrosion Inhibitor For Steel is a versatile solution for I&I cleaning and home care applications. With excellent lubricity and corrosion resistance, it enhances the performance of alkaline cleaners, detergents, and fluids & lubricants, particularly cutting oils and metalworking fluids. This biodegradable product is identified as a carboxylic acid derivative, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor in ferrous and non-ferrous applications.

DePHOS 8028 Phosphate Ester exhibits excellent properties such as fast wetting, low foaming, and good wetting properties, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Its versatility in both I&I cleaning and home care, along with its corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition properties, makes it a valuable ingredient in various formulations.

DePHOS 8028FA Aliphatic Phosphate Ester is designed for versatile applications. Syncal™ OB320 is excellent feedstocks for the manufacture of overbased calcium sulfonate greases and gelled coatings.

LUBIMAX® G 337 is a premium quality gear oil additive package used to formulate both automotive and industrial gear oils with suitable base stocks. LUBIMAX® G 337 is designed to provide a superior performance of extreme pressure, rust protection, corrosion protection, thermal and oxidation stability.

K-CORR® G-1340 is a proprietary zinc based rust inhibitor system developed for specialty grease applications as a replacement for zinc naphthenate.

NA-SUL® BSN-HT is a high performance rust and corrosion inhibitor offering exceptional rust protection with outstanding high temperature stability and good demulsibility in petroleum and synthetic lubricants.

K-Ox™ P600/45 is a synthetic fatty acid made from petroleum hydrocarbons. K-Ox™ P600/45 may be used as a total or partial replacement for natural fats, oils, or fatty acid in the formulation of cutting, drawing, spinning, and rolling oils. It is not subject to bacterial degradation as are the natural fats. K-Ox™ P600/45 is a rust preventive intermediate which is readily converted to a variety of metallic soaps.

K-Syn™ CI-100 is a high performance, water soluble corrosion inhibitor formulated to provide protection to cast iron and steel alloys. K-Syn™ CI-100 is designed for use in synthetic and low oil semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, water-based hydraulic fluids, and industrial cleaners. This amine carboxylate is inherently low foaming and has exceptional hard water stability. K-Syn™ CI-100 will deposit a thin oily-type film, upon the evaporation of water, which will also provide some short-term storage protection. K-Syn™ CI-100 contains no nitrates/nitrites, boron or secondary amines.

K-CORR® 100A2 is an ashless rust inhibitor for industrial and automotive lubricants and greases.

K-Ox™ 9105 is a barium-based non-staining, non-emulsifiable, alkali resistant, water displacing and water separating rust preventive concentrate which is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic solvents, and naphthenic and paraffinic oils. K-Ox™ 9105 is particularly effective in displacing water from metal parts after machining operations or alkali cleaning. K-Ox™ 9105 will deposit an ultra-thin oily or waxy film, depending upon the diluent used. K-Ox™ 9105 will provide excellent humidity resistance and provide limited protection in salt environments and acid atmospheres.

LUBIMAX® 1603HT is a versatile additive package to formulate mid-tier crankcase lubricant oils for both diesel and gasoline engines. The HT – High TBN value and reasonably high level of zinc make it a multipurpose and cost efficient single additive package to meet a wide range of API level. By adding small amount of TBN or LUBIMAX booster, you can achieve up to SL or CF-4 level with this economic additive package. It provides superior deposit, wear and rust control along with oil oxidation protection in diesel and gasoline engines.

PEL-HIB CC220 corrosion inhibitor is an amine borate ester suitable for use with aluminum and steel substrates. Originally introduced as an alternative to nitrites, it affords the same level of protection to ferrous materials. It provides excellent rust inhibition and aids lubrication. PEL-HIB CC220 is very water soluble. In addition to its applications in metalworking fluids and coolants, cooling water and boiler operations, oil well and refinery operations, fuels, lubricants and greases, PEL-HIB CC220 also find its uses in inorganic coatings, organic coatings, and printing inks.

NA-SUL® BSB is a premium non-staining rust and corrosion inhibitor with excess alkalinity in the form of barium hydroxide.

Neutral Calcium Sulfonates Syncal™ N45H is dispersant type, oil soluble, slightly alkaline calcium sulfonates. These products impart excellent rust and corrosion inhibiting properties due to their high molecular weight and low salt content. All have characteristically low chloride contents due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

NA-SUL® CA-HT3 is a high performance rust and corrosion inhibitor offering exceptional rust protection with outstanding high temperature stability and good demulsibility. Contamination with large amounts of water should be avoided1 (e.g. rust preventive dewatering application).

NA-SUL® 1101 (formerly KX1101) is a high performance ashless corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for aluminum and zinc alloys. It is soluble in most oils and polyalphaolefins (PAO). It is also very easily emulsified. Due to the acid value of NA-SUL® 1101, contamination with alkaline cleaners, metalworking fluids, or other alkaline process chemicals may result in the formulation of gels or other unwanted by-products. Compatibility tests should be carried out in order to identify any negative interactions.

Synbar™ OB70HF is a cost effective overbased barium sulfonate. This product will provide the formulator with excellent demulsibility, detergency, and optimal non-staining rust and corrosion protection, even under acidic conditions. Synbar™ OB70HF exhibits good compatibility with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

NA-SUL® CA-770FG is a premium rust inhibitor for petroleum and synthetic lubricants, greases, and rust preventive fluids. It provides excellent demulsibility and filterability and is compatible with a wide range of additives and base stocks.
