TACKIDEX® Potato dextrins provide a variety of benefits to the manufacturer and consumer as both an excipient and a nutrient. They are white to yellow powders obtained from maize, tapioca, and potato starch by heat treatment. These are ingredients for clinical nutrition and nutraceuticals. Dextrins are starch polymers derived through solid-state heating from partially hydrolysed starch. Dextrinization is a classical starch processing technology that makes partial or complete solubility possible. As an excipient, dextrins are a binder, filler, stabilizer,  suspending agent, and viscosifier. As a nutrient, it is a carbohydrate and fiber source. TACKIDEX® can be used in various oral dosage forms in both pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications, including swallowable tablets, chewable tablets, effervescent tablets, lozenges, hard capsules, soft capsules, coatings, orally dissolving films, blends, granules, pellet premix, medicated confectionary, syrups, suspensions, and liquids.

Cargill Gel 04230 is a native starch derived from waxy maize. It offers various functionalities, including high heat viscosity, creating a cohesive, non-gelling texture. This starch provides excellent paste clarity and is especially useful in suspending particulates during the filling of canned products. Importantly, it breaks down during retorting, contributing little viscosity in the finished product.

Cargill Carageenan for Confectionary - Satiagel is a food additive employed as a texturant and functions as a gelling agent, particularly suitable for dairy applications. This product comprises Carrageenan E407 and Dextrose, presenting itself in the form of a creamy-white to light-brown powder with a neutral odor and taste.

Cargill Carageenan for Meat & Meat Alternatives - Aubygel & Satiagel is a blend that serves as a texturant, primarily functioning as a gelling agent to enhance the texture and overall appearance of cooked meat and meat alternative products. When incorporated during injection, typically at a concentration ranging between 0.20 and 0.50% of the final product, it aids in reducing cook-off juices, improving binding, and enhancing slicing parameters, resulting in a smoother-tasting product. This product is composed of carrageenan E407, dextrose, and sodium chloride.

Cargill LMD 10911 is a liquid maltodextrin obtained by enzymatic conversion of corn starch. It contributes viscosity and body, is non-hygroscopic, has excellent film forming properties, and serves as a spray-drying/encapsulating aid. This product is recommended as a maltodextrin for use as a carrier, binder, and/or spray-drying aid.

Cargill Gel 04230 NGM is a native starch derived from non-GM (NGM) waxy maize. Its functionality includes high, hot viscosity, cohesive, non-gelling texture, excellent paste clarity, the ability to suspend particulates during filling of canned products, and it breaks down during retorting to contribute little viscosity in the finished product.

Cargill Carageenan for Dairy & Dairy Alternatives - Satiagel & Satiagum is a food additive utilized as a texturant.
