Capitol Food Company Evaporated Food Grade Salt is a high-purity salt used in food processing and for human consumption. It has a minimum of 99.9% NaCl and contains virtually no insolubles. This product is SQF-certified, high-quality, and cost-effective.

Capitol Food Company Pretzel Salt is a coarse, large-grained white salt of uniform size. It does not contain any additives and is available in both kosher and conventional grades. This product is also known as coarse food-grade salt. It is a high-quality, cost-effective, and SQF-certified product.
