Lumiten® I-SC is an anionic surfactant used to improve the wetting power of polymer dispersions. It is a solution of sodium sulphosuccinate ethoxylate and a nonionic tenside in water. This surfactant enhances the wetting power of polymer dispersions, particularly during processing with machinery, and performs well in combination with nonionic wetting agents and emulsifiers.

POLYSTEP® B-5-N serves as an anionic surfactant useful in latex manufacture, especially in polymer systems like styrene butadiene or vinyl chloride. It's also applicable to fine particle-size acrylics and styrene acrylics. This product, when combined with nonionic surfactants, can yield satisfactory acrylic emulsions. Notably, POLYSTEP® B-5-N contains no formaldehyde.

POLYSTEP® B-430S is an anionic surfactant boasting excellent freeze-thaw and mechanical stability, along with effective particle size control. Its significance lies in the manufacture of latexes, serving as a suitable alternative to ape surfactants. It has the added distinction of being kosher certified.

SILFOAM® SE 1661 is a water-dilutable antifoam emulsion with a medium viscosity and excellent storage stability, thanks to its nonionic emulsifier system. This product serves the dual purpose of preventing foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminating existing foam (as a defoamer) in a wide range of aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 1661 is particularly well-suited for applications where the use of silicones could typically present challenges, such as PVC degassing, the manufacturing and processing of polymer dispersions for textiles, paper, paints, surface coatings, and adhesives, as well as cooling lubricants and textile formulations.

Flyadd® AY1 is a color stabilizer and anti-yellowing agent. It is used as a polymer additive for polyurethane and is a highly effective additive for many kinds of dispersed polymer systems. This product has the potential to improve color and heat stability in processing and end applications. 

Flyadd® AY3 is a liquid-type blend anti-yellowing agent that can inhibit the yellowing of the polyurethane caused by high-temperature processing. It has excellent ultraviolet absorption performance, which can effectively improve the weatherability of the product and inhibit the yellowing caused by thermal oxygen and ultraviolet light.

Dragonox® 1135 is an excellent antioxidant that may be used in a variety of polymers. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly well suited for use in forced air cooling processes for PU. This product is used in the stabilization of PV flexible slabstock foams to prevent the formation of peroxides in the polyol during storage and transport and to further protect against scorching during foaming. It also helps prevent fogging in automotive applications, and the low volatility of this product makes it a perfect fit where meat liquids, emulsions, suspensions, solutions, or melts are an integral part of polymer manufacturing and processing. This product has the convenience of a pumpable liquid that can be added before, during, or after polymerization.

SILFOAM® SE 2263 is a water-dispersible antifoam emulsion with a low to medium viscosity. It is formulated based on an organomodified polysiloxane. This product effectively prevents foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminates existing foam (as a defoamer) in various aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 2263 is particularly well-suited for applications where the use of silicones could typically present challenges, such as PVC degassing, the manufacturing and processing of polymer dispersions for textiles, paper, paints, surface coatings, and adhesives, as well as cooling lubricants and textile formulations.

Flyadd® AY20 is a liquid-type compounded anti-yellowing agent that can increase the thermal resistance and anti-aging properties of PU products. This highly efficient product has excellent anti-thermal oxygen and ultraviolet absorption functions and can effectively inhibit the yellowing caused by high-temperature processing or ultraviolet light.

Gelest TETRAMETHYLAMMONIUM SILOXANOLATE (SIT7520.0) is a catalyst used for ring opening polymerization of cyclic siloxanes. This product decomposes at more than 120°C with the release of trimethylamine. It is commonly used in polymer manufacturing.

Portaflame® CA 25 grade is produced from carefully selected colemanite, which is a naturally occurring hydrated calcium borate. This light gray powder is odorless and decomposes at 340°C. It is used as a flame retardant for paints, polymers, rubber, and bitumen.

TYTAN™ TNPT is used in a variety of industrial applications, e.g., as an esterification and transesterification catalyst, as an olefin polymerisation catalyst, as an adhesion promoter, as a crosslinking agent for hydroxylic compounds, and as a component of heat and corrosion resistant paints.

TYTAN™ TIPT is a highly reactive primary titanate that readily hydrolyzes upon contact with moisture. It is primarily used as a catalyst for esterification, transesterification, and olefin polymerization, and selectively as an adhesion-promoting and cross-linking agent for hydroxylic compounds or heat- and corrosion-resistant coatings. TYTAN™ TIPT is particularly suitable for use in glass and glass fiber manufacturing and can only be added to solvent-based products.

TYTAN™ TNBZ is a very reactive primary zirconate that will hydrolyze immediately in contact with moisture. TYTAN™ TNBZ is mainly used as a catalyst for esterification, trans-esterification, and olefin polymerization (Ziegler-Natta). TYTAN™ TNBZ is very suitable as an adhesion-promoting and cross-linking agent for hydroxylic compounds or heat and corrosion-resistant coatings.

TYTAN™ TNPZ is a highly reactive primary zirconate that hydrolyzes immediately upon contact with moisture. It is mainly used as a catalyst for esterification, trans-esterification, and olefin polymerization (Ziegler-Natta). TYTAN™ TNPZ is also an excellent adhesion promoter and cross-linking agent for hydroxylic compounds or heat and corrosion-resistant coatings. Furthermore, it is an important raw material for synthesizing various organozirconium compounds.

TYTAN™ TNBT is a highly reactive primary titanate that hydrolyzes immediately upon contact with moisture. It is primarily used as a catalyst for esterification, transesterification, and olefin polymerization, and is also highly suitable as an adhesion-promoting and cross-linking agent for hydroxylic compounds or heat- and corrosion-resistant coatings. TYTAN™ TNBT can also be used as a moisture scavenger to extend the shelf life of moisture-sensitive, high-viscosity products. It can only be added to solvent-based products.

TYTAN™ ET is used in a variety of industrial applications, e.g., as an esterification and transesterification catalyst, as an olefin polymerization catalyst, as an adhesion promoter, as a crosslinking agent for hydroxylic compounds, and as a component of heat and corrosion resistant paints.

TYTAN™ BIP15 is a mixture of tetra isopropyl titanate and tetra n-butyl titanate at an 85:15 ratio. TYTAN™ BIP15 is used in a variety of industrial applications, e.g., as an esterification and transesterification catalyst, as an olefin polymerization catalyst, as an adhesion promoter, as a crosslinking agent for hydroxylic compounds, and as a component of heat and corrosion resistant paints.

TYTAN™ EHT is used in a variety of industrial applications, e.g., as an esterification and transesterification catalyst, as an olefin polymerization catalyst, as an adhesion promoter, as a crosslinking agent for hydroxylic compounds, and as a component of heat and corrosion resistant paints.

Lansurf AEP66 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced through the reaction of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide on a synthetic primary fatty alcohol. It shares compatibility with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, offering wetting, detergency, and low foam. Similar to AEP63, it is employed in cleaning applications where low foaming is essential, such as machine dishwash, metal cleaning, and bottle rinse formulations. It is also used in textiles, oils, lubricants, agrochemicals, paints, and polymers.

Lansurf AEP63 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced through the reaction of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide on a synthetic primary fatty alcohol. It is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, providing wetting, detergency, and low foam. It is suitable for cleaning applications where low foaming is necessary, such as machine dishwash, metal cleaning, and bottle rinse formulations. It also finds use in textiles, oils, lubricants, agrochemicals, paints, and polymers.

Proxel® TN Preservative is a dual active, broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is a 55% aqueous solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) and hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine, a formaldehyde release agent. It is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products. The combination of two active agents provides a quick microbial kill with long term protection. The “triazine” active agent gives enhanced head space protection in the container.

Naxcat® TSA-65W is 65% active toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) diluted in water. This acid is formulated for easier handling, due to its lower viscosity compared to more concentrated TSA. It is the strongest of Nease Co., LLC's organic acids and can be used for a variety of industrial applications.

Naxolate® AS-LC30-K is an anionic surfactant that provides excellent detergency, emulsification, high foaming, and wetting properties. It is widely used in light-duty laundry detergents, fine fabric washes, shampoos, and many personal care applications, as well as in many formulations for its thickening effect.

Naxcat® TSA-95 is the strongest of our organic acids and is the most suitable esterification catalyst for the production of phthalates and other plasticizers. Aromatic sulfonic acids are created by sulfonating aromatic compounds with sulfuric acid, SO3, or oleum. They are similar in strength to mineral acids like sulfuric acid, but they are particularly useful for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid may cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® P65D is a light-colored product, 65% active in water. It is the mildest of our acid products and is particularly useful in electroplating applications where color is important. It offers an advantage in such applications due to its light color.

Naxcat® XSA-90 is a strong, concentrated organic acid that is completely liquid. For ease of handling as compared with TSA-95. Naxcat® XSA-90 will not crystallize at low temperatures, offering acid strength and fluidity. It is comparable in strength to mineral acids such as sulfuric acid, but is especially suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid could cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

TRIEST EHS-0911, is a hydrophobic and biobased saturated monoester with low or no odor, hydrophobic and biobased, formed by the reaction of 2-ethyl hexanol with stearic acid, a biobased fatty acid. It has applications in many areas like adhesives, cosmetics industry, polymer industry.

Santicizer® Platinum G-2000 is an efficient bio-based primary plasticizer that offers excellent heat stability, enhanced processability, and lower volatility than traditional General-Purpose Plasticizers. It can be used in techniques such as extrusion, calendaring, injection molding, rotational molding, and spread coating. It can be used in rubbers, epoxy resins, paints and coatings, as well as many other polymers.
