The type and fineness of 50% Carbon Black Masterbatch affects the dispersion and we choose pure virgin LDPE at high MFI as carrier. Carbon black is light, fluffy, and easy to fly. SPECIAL BLACK 100 is an easily dispersed oxidized furnace process carbon black used for masstone in water-based primers. It is preferred as a tinting black with high stability to flooding and floating. Used for radiation curing coatings.
