HiBCYN® represent a unique composition of Hibiscus flower derived anthocyanins and hydroxyl acids (hibiscus acid) responsible for the anti-hypertensive and antioxidant effects. It is also shown to be an effective urinary tract infection agent either alone or in combination with other ingredients such as cranberry extracts. IFC Solutions FD&C Yellow 6 Aluminum Lake is an insoluble material that tints by dispersion. Lakes are produced from FD&C Dyes and are oil dispersible (but generally not oil soluble) and thus can be mixed with oils and fats. They can also be dispersed or suspended in other carriers such as propylene glycol, glycerin and sucrose (water and sugar).

Lake Allura Red is insoluble in water. It gives an appearance of red to brownish red shade in the applications.
