Flavorchem Natural Blue Color #23.7935 is a natural blue color derived from spirulina. This color is resistant to heat and light and is stable within a pH range of 4.5-8.0. However, it is not ideal for use in acidic conditions. The suggested starting use level for this color is in the range of 0.10 - 1.0%.

Flavorchem Natural Green #23.8703 is a natural green color derived from spirulina and turmeric. This color is heat-resistant and stable in a pH range of 4.5 - 8.0. It is not ideal for acidic conditions or light exposure. Its suggested starting use level is in the range of 0.10 - 1.0%.
