Products in Corrosion Inhibiting Pigments: Inorganic Pigments

HALOX® SW-111 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® SW-111 is recommended for use in most water-borne and solvent-borne epoxies. HALOX® SW-111 can be formulated into most water-reducible resin systems and corrosion-resistant caulks and sealants.

HALOX® CW-314 is a heavy metal-free, non-toxic, anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. It is particularly suitable for systems where 21 CFR 175.300 approval or compliance with ANSI or NSF standards is required. HALOX® CW-314 is highly effective in improving the infrared (IR) reflectance and thermal emissivity of elastomeric roof coatings. It enhances the total solar reflectance (TSR) while maintaining dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and preventing mildew growth. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-toxic corrosion inhibitors and mineral pigments in the formulation of environmentally friendly specialty paints.

NNovinox®ACE36W is an eco-friendly Zinc Phosphosilicate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Habicor® ZA is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment. Chemical Structure is Modified zinc aluminum polyphosphate.

Kronphos PZC contains the optimal ratio of zinc, phosphorus and calcium, and is in great demand with consumers. It is used for manufacturing of corrosion-resistant materials to provide long-term protection against corrosion.

KRONPHOS PZA is a zinc aluminum orthophosphate with improved phosphate loading. This leads to a controlled increase of inhibiting water soluble content and thus a better formation of protective layers on the metal surface

SNCZ Zinc Phosphate PZW2 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications. It is an easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Thanks to its low solubility, Zinc phosphate PZW2 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

Novinox®PAT30 is compatible with solvent and water based resins. It shows the best performance in solvent borne alkyd systems. Novinox®PAT30 is also used in coil coatings in assocation with ion exchanged silica.

PHOSPHINOX PZ06 is an alternative to chromates, for instance it successfully replaces chromates in wash primers.

Novinox®PAM has been developed to be an alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings. It is compatible with PU systems. This is a good alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings applied on the Galvalume substrate.
