Z-SUPPORT High-Temp is a breakaway support filament designed to withstand high temperatures necessary for printing polymers like Z-PEEK, Z-PEI 1010, or Z-PEI 9085. The material ensures high rigidity when the printing process is underway to guarantee appropriate stability to the structures of the model. When the printing is done and the model cools down, Z-SUPPORT High-Temp becomes more brittle which makes support removal easier. This way, Z-SUPPORT High-Temp serves double purpose. First, high-performance polymers have mechanical properties comparable to metals so using them to print support structures makes support removal almost impossible. Second, such materials are usually expensive so wasting them on printing supports is quite inefficient. Breakaway Z-SUPPORT HT is there to solve both those problems.

Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. PEEK is regarded as one of the highest performing engineering thermoplastics in the world. Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous high performance thermoplastic offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than PEI. PPSU can operate in temperatures up to 180Cᵒ. PPSU has superior hydrolysis resistance when compared to other amorphous thermoplastics as measured by steam autoclaving cycles, it has virtually unlimited steam sterilizability. It also resists common acids and bases over a broad temperature range. Applications are; Aerospace, Aircraft, Automotive, Dental, Medical, Surgical instruments. The PPSU filament is based on the technology of Solvay.

Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA) polymers are amorphous and have mechanical properties similar to those of ABS plastics. However, the ASA properties are far less affected by outdoor weathering. The outstanding weather resistance abilities of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer. ASA parts have good chemical and heat resistance, and high impact strength, even at low temperatures. Typical ASA applications are buiding/construction, automotive and recreation parts.

Elogio AM PLA Filament (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable plastic coming from renewable organic resources (corn starch or sugarcane). PLA Filament is recyclable but can also be biological decomposed in composting plants.PLA is a polyester that is built from several lactic acid units. It is colorless and transparent. PLA has a density of about 1.25 kg/cm3. Polymers made of lactic acid are flammable.

LUVOCOM® 3F PEKK 50082 is engineered to outperform the standard PEKK materials available in the market. It comes with enhanced flow behavior which improves the printability and layer adhesion. This unique modified neat PEKK provides dimensional stability and is printable in non-heated chambers, delivering semi-crystalline parts with no warp.

Z-PEI 9085 is a durable, aerospace-grade polymer with strength-to-weight ratio comparable to aluminum 6061. This filament consists of polyetherimide with a polycarbonate copolymer blend. Z-PEI 9085 exhibits excellent thermal properties and retains its properties in temperatures reaching 170° C . The most notable property of Z-PEI 9085 is very low FST (Flame, Smoke, Toxicity). The material has a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating which makes it perfect for printing flame-retardant components.

Essentium PET-CF is a 15% carbon fiber reinforced polyester filament made with Luvocom® 3F resin from Lehvoss. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a semicrystalline polyester commonly used in soda bottles and automotive parts when reinforced with a fiber-filler. This material is one of the easiest filaments in our portfolio to print and has an outstanding price-to-performance ratio. PET-CF has a good balance of stiffness and strength, and when annealed it has temperature resistance of over 155˚C, and good chemical resistance for common solvents.

Luvocom® 3F PEEK CF 9676 BK Filament is a 15% carbon reinforced PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) with extraordinary characteristics in terms of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance. PEEK with carbon is used in demanding industries like oil and gas, automotive, mechanical engineering, aircraft and aerospace technologies. This particular high performance polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts.

Taulman 3D TECH-G PETG was developed to not only be high strength, but also have limited elongation. Engineering firms were using PLA and ABS for initial Form and Fit evaluations. In some cases, the strength of these materials allowed some limited functional use. In the case of PLA, it was the brittle nature of medium or larger parts that severely limited functional testing. With ABS, the limit was always Tensile strength. With TECH-G, we believe we have now given the development and design industry an easy to print material with much higher Tensile when 3D Printed and enough elongation so as to be truly useful in functional testing.

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 BK Filament is a high temperature carbon fiber (15%) reinforced polyamide (PA). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print with low warping and improved layer bonding is optimized for industrial applications. Typical industries where it is commonly used are in robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace and also widely in the field of functional prototypes and end parts.
