This material is a drop-in replacement for ESD-safe Acetal (Delrin®) and has best-in-class slow moisture absorption.

Taulman 3D Nylon 680 was created through nearly a year of research and development. We are extremely pleased to produce an excellent polymer that not only meets chemical requirements, but is FDA approved for food and beverage contact and can be used in most FFM type 3D Printers. There are no additives used in the chemical manufacturing or extrusion processes. Nylon 680 uses taulman3D's processes to accommodate it's use in FFM style/type 3D Printer.

Taulman 3D Bridge Nylon is used by our local St Louis testers as bridging the strength of nylon 645 together with the price of current ABS and PLA thermoplastics, allows any user the flexibility to determine the best choice in material for their printing need.

Taulman 3D Nylon 230 is a lower temperature nylon developed by taulman3D specifically for 3D Printing on systems that have cold print beds and lower temp capabilities.

Essentium HTN-CF25 (high-temperature nylon) is a polyamide based chemistry with a 25% carbon fiber reinforced core. HTN-CF25 is the highest strength and stiffness material in the Essentium portfolio. This material also boasts easy processing and excellent thermal resistance. This material is designed for tooling applications, high strength/stiffness jigs and fixtures, and as a replacement for light-duty aluminum parts.

Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a unreinforced High-temperature polyamide. Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach the saturation point compared to unmodified PA6, also its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, improved layer bonding and the unrequired use of a heated chamber.

Essentium PA-CF is a carbon fiber-infused polyamide filament specially formulated for additive manufacturing. Essentium PA-CF provides exceptional strength, durability, thermal stability, and stiffness that is customary of carbon fiber materials. Essentium PA-CF is readily printable with a wide processing window, providing a highly accessible engineering-grade solution or open platform and even open-air printers. It is important to note, the mechanical properties of PA may change with water uptake as this material is moisture sensitive. The best prints with Essentium PA typically occur utilizing a glass bed and a bed adhesion solution, such as a PA-solvent liquid compound.
