It has good melt strength, good rigidity, excellent stress crack resistance and excellent impact strength even at low temperatures.HB1049 is excellent for large part molding applications.Recommended applications for HB1049 include blow molding large shipping containers, agricultural chemical tanks and gasoline tanks. Extruded applications would include pallets, cattle feeders, large formed parts and boats.Osterlene HB1049 meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, 21 CFR Section 177.1520. ""FP"" stands for ""food protect"" and embodies two vital properties: This product is both food-safe and metal-detectable. Metallic foreign bodies in foodsare safety detected by metal detectors and removed. However, plastic particles from plant components can be problematic. POLIMAXX®U310T is an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene in powder form with an average molecular weight about 3.7 Million g/mol. This resin has high abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction properties and a high impact strength including transparent property. The resin is normally used for compression molding of sheet and special rod extrusion.

PROlen 9000 MOS₂ is a PE 1000 -UHMW- enriched with molybdenum disulfite and causes a significantly improved sliding behavior with simultaneously reduced abrasion values.

PROlen 6000 EL antistatically equipped, especially for high-speed production lines, but also suitable for contact with food.

PROlen 9000 GLB PE 1000 -UHMW- PE 1000 -UHMW- cross-linked with micro glass beads. Ideal for areas of application that are enriched with a high proportion of abrasive media, especially in so-called wet areas.
