Floreon Dura Tech Durable Grade is a PLA based compound intended for durable applications requiring high impact resistance, whilst also retaining a high renewable content which can be certified to recognized criteria. The material is recyclable and is not intended for applications that are compostable.

Floreon Bio Tech Compostable Grade is intended for injection molded applications, with high rigidity and good impact strength. The material is a compound of polylactic acid (PLA) and other biodegradable polyesters which enhance the melt flow rate and toughness of the material.

Danimer 26872 is a bio-based resin designed for extrusion applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. The resin is suitable for a range of food service applications and profile extrusion applications, such as drinking straws. It is designed to meet the ASTM D6400 standard for compostability.

Our first material, 100% biodegradable, consists of coffee grounds in variable percentage and PLA. A bio-based and renewable material.

Danimer 15120-UP resin is a bio-based resin that meets the ASTMD 6400 standard for compostability and is designed for injection molding applications. This material is produced through Danimer Scientific’s reactive extrusion process. The resin is suitable for applications in which medium heat resistance is required and can be processed on conventional equipment.

Floreon Therma Tech Flame Retarded Grade is a PLA based compound intended for durable applications requiring flame retardancy. This developmental grade contains a flame retardant, impact modifier, nucleating agent. The material is based on PLA and is designed as a drop in replacement for ABS in injection molding, extrusion and 3D printing. Drying of the material is recommended to ensure melt stability and limit degradation of the material during processing.

Danimer 2513 is a Nodax® PHA based resin designed for extrusion applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. The resin is suitable for a range of profile extrusion applications, such as drinking straws. Danimer 2513 is designed to meet the TUV standards for compostability and biodegradation.

Danimer 1927 is Danimer Scientific’s compostable resin that is manufactured from partially bio-based materials using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process. Danimer 1927 has been designed to meet the ASTM D6400 standard of compostability.

Danimer 15120 resin is a bio-based resin that meets the ASTM D-6400 standard for compostability and is designed for injection molding applications. This material is produced through Danimer Scientific’s reactive extrusion process. The resin is suitable for applications in which high heat resistance is required and can be processed on conventional equipment.

Danimer 2198 is a bio-based resin designed for extrusion applications and is produced using Danimer Scientific’s proprietary reactive extrusion process.

Danimer 2688 is a bio-based resin designed for injection molding applications and is produced using Danimer’s proprietary reactive extrusion process.

Bio-Flex® F 1130 by FKuR is comprised of Polylactic Acid and Copolyester Resin. It is commonly used It is available in Granules form.

PLA (Polylactic Acid) 3D printer filament. The most commonly used 3D printing media, the benefits of PLA include affordability, easy to use, large color selection, and low print temperature.

Arboblend® HT2 Natur combines a great number of material types and a wide range of property profiles. The materials on offer are up to 100% bio-based. Depending on the formula, ARBOBLEND® materials contain biopolymers such as polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), polycaprolactone (PCL), polyester (e.g. bio-PET), starch, polylactic acid (PLA), bio-polyolefins (bio-PE), bio-polyamides (bio-PA), lignin, natural resins, natural waxes, natural oils, natural fatty acids, cellulose, organic additives and natural reinforcing fibers. ARBOBLEND® materials are designed to be biodegradable or resistant depending on the intended application. Biodegradability is a property that offers an additional benefit in applications such as urns, plant aids, mulch films and many other uses.

M∙VERA® GP1018 (B0085) is a Biodegradable polyester compound for injection molding

Natur-Tec® BF7002 is a range of fully biodegradable and compostable polymer resin compounds designed for film extrusion and use in flexible plastic applications. It is produced using proprietary technologies and is intended to provide alternatives to conventional plastics. Natur-Tec® resins are engineered for high performance and can be easily processed on conventional manufacturing equipment. Natur-Tec® BF700Z meets the requirements of international standards for compostable plastics such as ASTM D6400 (U.S.), EN 13432, ISO 17088 and AS4736. It is certified 100% compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI), TUVAustria, (OK Compost) and Australian Bioplastics Association (ABA). High Heat PLA (Polylactic Acid) 3D Printing Filament engineered to deliver improved heat-resistance and high impact strength to 3D printed parts, this formulated grade achieves thermal and mechanical properties similar to ABS while offering an alternative to styrenic-based materials. Printed parts made from this PLA can be heat treated, which can obtain properties that exceed ABS. To achieve a heat treat on a printed part, submerge in water (or bake in oven) at 100-120C for up to 30 minutes. Manufactured in the USA using High Heat PLA 3D870 resin. This material is a great substitute for normal PLA when greater heat resistance and impact strength is desired.

Compostable® 4008D Polylactic acid. It is BPI certified for industrial compostability at maximum of 3.0 mil thickness. It is starch-based and gluten-free, made from corn, tapioca and potato starches that primarily come from the American Midwest (versus oil from the Middle East).

BigRep PLA ULTRALIGHT is a a general-use bio performance thermoplastic for open-environment 3D printing. It's a filament with an open cell structure that results in a spongy texture when printed. Due to this quality, layers are barely visible on the smooth printed surface and the material can be easily sanded, cut, and otherwise shaped as needed. Uniquely, the material prints with vastly altered material properties depending on the print conditions. At higher temperatures with a lower throughput, the most lightweight foam is produced. On standard PLA settings, the material is tough and impact resistant. It features a density of approximately 50-60% of a part printed with standard PLA. Best suited for lightweight objects, shock-absorbent supports, or parts that require malleability, such as in forms and molding or modeling and prototyping applications. But be aware, to find the best foam/solid balance for your part, you need to be willing to tweak and tune some settings.

Minima GP9001A is a certified compostable resin from Minima designed for extrusion coating onto paper or other certified biodegradable films. It can be used to create grease-resistant food wraps, paper plates and card stock for making paper hot cups.

Toray Ecodear® V751X53 is a Polylactic Acid (PLA) product. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America. Characteristics includes flame rated, eco-friendly/green and impact resistant.

Bioblend LT25B B are developed for rigid injection molded applications. The grades can be crystallized/annealed in order to have the part heat-stable at temperatures up to 110°C. Bioblend LT grades are biodegradable in controlled conditions.

Gianeco PLA biodegradable 2003D-009 recycled recycled is used in extrusion, from thermoforming.

AFC Ecoplastics BG4800 is used for extrusion processing and as finished product for 3D printing filament.

Minima GP9001F is a developmental grade of compostable resins designed for foam sheet extrusion.

Bioblend LT25B W are developed for rigid injection molded applications. The grades can be crystallized/annealed in order to have the part heat-stable at temperatures up to 110°C. Bioblend LT grades are biodegradable in controlled conditions.

Bioblend BT25S C HH are developed for soft and flexible injection molded application. The grades are naturally high heat-stable at temperatures up to 95°C. Bioblend BT grades are biodegradable in all conditions.

Greengran P023J (Fully Biobased Engineering Grade) is a fully bio-based engineering grade. Granules made from PLA and natural fibers, which combines ultra high stiffness and ultra high strength with moderate impact strength. Suitable for production of complex articles with long flow paths and thin walls. Excellent processability, good surface finishing, easy to mix with bio-based color masterbatches. Typical markets are within toys-, consumer articles-, construction- and rigid packaging applications.

Toray Ecodear® Prototype - High PLA Content is a Polylactic Acid (PLA) product. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America. Characteristics includes flame rated and eco-friendly/green.

Self-lubricating product based on Bio-Polymer (PLA, PHB, ...). Silicone.

Sustainable® 6001 Polylactic acid. Has been designed to have an excellent balance of toughness, toughness and processability. Can be processed on existing sheet extrusion and thermoforming machines.
