Forzeas™ HA7003 is tailor-made for food contact injection molding applications, offering a reliable and sustainable solution. Having successfully passed the OK compost Home test, this grade meets stringent environmental standards and has 90% or more bio-based carbon content calculated with reference to ASTM D6866 standard.  This underscores its commitment to high sustainability standards, making it a preferred choice for applications where food contact safety and eco-friendliness are paramount.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP COLORCOMP W1000I compound is based on Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin. Added features of this grade include: High Viscosity suitable for Extrusion. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Transparent, high flow polyetherimide.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Aegis® MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.

Aegis® H8202NL resin is a 2.6 RV, unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated, nylon 6 homopolymer. It combines good strength, stiffness and toughness with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H55C2ZP is a 2.7 RV, unfilled, medium viscosity, non-lubricated, polyamide 6/66 copolymer for molding or compounding. With a broad processing window and excellent melt fluidity for filling thin sections, it provides exceptional processability. Aegis® H55C2ZP resin combines strength, stiffness and toughness with chemical and abrasion resistance. For glass- or mineral-filled applications, Aegis® H55C2ZP resin also offers superior surface appearance and low warp.

Aegis® H8202NLB is an unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt fluidity for filling thin sections. It exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H155C1ZP is a high-viscosity nylon extrusion grade copolymer for cast or blown film applications. It possesses an attractive combination of strength, toughness and thermoforming properties as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H95ZI resin is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for high-strength monofilament and multifilament applications with typical filament tenacities of 5.0-9.0 gpd

Aegis® PIR-H8202NLB resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H8202NLB, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-H8202NLB resin is an unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated, nylon 6 homopolymer. It exhibits good strength, stiffness, and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H60ZI resin is a 2.8 RV, unterminated, medium viscosity homopolymer for monofilament, multifilament and compounding applications.
