GEMATILEN® BK75 HD is 75% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.

KL-8770 is High flow, Easy dilution, High surface gloss. It is a High quality HDPE thin film used in Films & Sheets ,Injection and blow molding.

UV MB 04(SV 91A004 UVA) is used for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE films, tapes and thick sections and for PP in fibers and film. and it having advantage of The best UV Stabilizer for high Temperature & long service life.

Interplast PE Filled Masterbatches for HDPE and LDPE film is a PE filled masterbatches which are highly filled compounds of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and PE grades. Its content is 70-85% (mass) and made on the base of LLDPE. The polymeric carrier of masterbatch is based on LLDPE, which contains calcite (CaCO3) with particle size 2.5-2.8 μm and 70-85% concentration. PE Filled Masterbatches for are used for HDPE and LDPE film, Injection and Blow Molding Applications and Sheet, Pipe, Profile Extrusion.

M.G. Polyblends BK-1006 is used for High Jetness polyolefin film, HDPE Pipes, Cables etc.

KL-8670 Contains polymer-processing additive for minimum die bild up and improved surface quality, High flow and easy dilution. It is used in LLDPE film and HDPE film.

Black 3014C is an economy, high tint strength black masterbatch based on LDPE containing high opacity carbon black. It is designed for use in jet black, high gloss injection molding items, sheets and pipes for general purpose. Not suitable for blowing film.

AL1339 is Masterbatch containing specially agent suitable for film, also coextruded, where the wrinkles and other surface defects, damagent the perfect adhesion of the layers. The masterbatch is able to keep cleaned the extruder machine and to prevent oxidation on the machine stop.

The main component of this white masterbatch is 70% titanium dioxide + PP/PE + additives. Titanium dioxide is widely used in coatings, plastics and paper industries due to its strong hiding power, tinting power, high refractive index, dispersibility and stability.

Black 6671 is a LLDPE based masterbatch containing high purity carbon black. It is designed for use in films that require excellent surface performance and high jetness, and in ultra thin agricultural films that needs high opacity.

B2600 is a agricultural film grade black PE masterbatch, PE carrier black masterbatch, it contains premium pigment carbon black , with high opacity, blackness & ease to disperse.

Nuosen plastic defoamer can absorb water equivalent to 20% of its own weight. The appearance of the product is of gray-white, good plasticization, uniform particle size, non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating gas.

The trace moisture contained in the raw materials has a very serious impact on the production of plastic products. Just add the desiccant masterbatch to the raw material, you can eliminate all the problems caused by moisture, such as bubbles, moire, cracks, spots, etc.

Black 6683 is an economy black LDPE based masterbatch containing high opacity carbon black. This product is designed for general-purpose extruded tubings, sheets and film blowing.

M.G. Polyblends Anti Oxidant Masterbatch antioxidants are used to stabilize the polymers. M.G. Polyblends has designed anti-oxidant masterbatch based on stearically hindered phenolic antioxidant along with some specialty additives which helps in proper dispersion of anti oxidant masterbatch in final application to get better and consistent results. Better is the dispersion of additive in the polymer matrix, better the efficiency of the additive. So, it is always recommended for anti oxidant additive to be used in masterbatch form. Also it is cost effective and customized as per requirement. This masterbatch is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP Polymers.
