GENIOPLAST® PP 20A08 is a pelletized formulation consisting of 20% functional silicone dispersed in polypropylene. It has been specifically developed as a compounding additive for unfilled and filled thermoplastic polyolefin compounds. This product is odorless. When used within the recommended levels (0.5 - 2%), GENIOPLAST® PP 20A08 does not have a negative impact on the thermo-mechanical properties of the compounds it is added to. Additionally, due to its specific effect, the processing temperature of the polyolefin compound can be slightly lowered.

ST-LST0850 is a light stabilizer masterbatch with high loading of active substance based on hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) chemistry. ST-LST0850 is available in pellet form, for general purpose use in automotive applications. The additive induces extremely low levels of unwanted VOCs. It is produced by a reactive process which differs from traditional reactive extrusion. The 0850 additive has increased compatibilization properties over our similar ST-LST5350 light stabilizing additive.

This highly efficient masterbatch fits easily in extrusion applications and is perfect for recycled and for talc filled polyolefins.

It reduces the melt fracture (sharkskin), die-build-up and power consumption. Increases throughput. The masterbatch forms a thin coating on the metal surfaces that acts as a lubricant and reduces the friction between the metal and the polymer. Compatible with polyolefin.

Altera Polymers EL-91106 Metal Deactivation Masterbatch is a proprietary formulation that prevents premature aging and degradation of TPE and TPV molded parts in applications that are subjected to a wet environment.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SOA2545 is a additive masterbatch containing a blend of oleamide from vegetable origin and natural silica in PE carrier resin where oleamide acts as a slip agent and silica acts as an antiblock additive. Can be used in the manufacturing of polyolefin films.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE PEA6005 is a polymer based additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as an antistatic agent. Offers permanent static dissipation performance. It forms a conductive polymer matrix in the host polymer. With proper processing procedures, products with permanent moisture independent static dissipation levels of 10E9 to 10E12 Ohms.sq. surface resistivity are obtainable. Compatible with polyolefins.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SE5005 is a high-purity erucamide obtained from vegetable origin in PE carrier resin. Acts as a slip agent. Contains 5% active substance. Gives better CoF values in the long term when compared to oleamide. It is more heat- stable. It can also act as a mold release agent for polyolefin in injection molding applications.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SOA5245 is a additive masterbatch containing a blend of high purity oleamide and specialty high clarity anti-block additive in PE carrier resin where oleamide acts as slip agent. The high clarity is achieved by utilizing an anti-block additive having the same refractive index as polyolefin. The low oil absorption of anti-block additive results in a very low tendency of interaction with migrating additives. Can be used in the manufacturing of polyolefin films.
