It has special features of slip agent, migration towards the surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-40°C, as well as extrusion dependent on the application and operational area. It is recommended for use in the food processing industry, household goods, packaging, and other injection molded, extruded, and blow molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0205-14 EA is a base polymer consisting of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. It has special features including a slip agent, migration towards surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for use in polyethylene low density, polyethylene linear low density, polyethylene high density, ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, polypropylene, and polypropylene copolymer.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® TPU EH A 950-3880 is a Thermoplastic Urethan Elastomer with a dosage of 5% for extrusion and 5% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It is used in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure industries for injection molded parts and extruded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® POM SL 0268-19 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with a dosage of 1.0-2.0% for extrusion and 1.0-2.0% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It has a natural color, is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. It is intended for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments, and can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. For optimal use, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.
