MoldWiz® INT-1850HT - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow and line speeds. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating

Metox 30 is peroxide initiator for copolymerization of unsaturated resins polyester. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators at temperature surroundings. They are suitable for manual and spray lamination. Due to the lowered water content is recommended for hardening gel coats, polymer concrete, some polyester varnishes and others. These initiators show an extended gelation time compared to Metox-50.

PEROXAN DC-80 P is Dicumyl peroxide 80%, Powder with chalk.PEROXAN DC-80 P is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

Metox BW80 is a liquid peroxide initiator based on peroxides methyl ethyl ketone in an Ōalan plasticizer. Compared with the standard MEKP, it contains reduced content of hydrogen peroxide and water, and increased content of MEKP dimer. It states diluted form of the Metox-BW85 initiator.

MoldWiz® WB-2725 - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. TR Industries TR-212 High Operating Temperature Liquid Release Agent is a high temperature PTFE liquid release agent of a nearly frictionless polymer lubricant dispersed in a solvent medium. Provides a smooth thin release film that works equally well on various thermoset resins (epoxy, polyester, etc.) thermoplastics (acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, etc.), rubber (natural, synthetic) and metal tooling applications.

Ease Release® 500 is a TEFLON™-like dry film mold release (and dry lubricant) that contains no silicones, oils or wax. Ease Release® 500 is non-migrating and non-staining. It is effective and improves efficiency in many molding processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form and die cast molding.

M.G. Polyblends HSC-T-384 is pioneer in developing heat shrinkable, heat curable molding compounds based on polyolefin material containing some specialty chemicals and mold release additives. Curing material (Peroxide particularly dicumyl peroxide) has not been included in this product (HSC-T-384) and hence it does not loses its processing as well as electrical properties during storage. That means it can be stored for any period of time. Users have to incorporate peroxide during sheeting of the material on a Two Roll Mill or mix in a mixer prior to use in Injection Molding. It offers excellent weathering and other electrical properties required in cable jointing applications. This compound offers antitracking properties in the molded product. Outstanding properties of this compound makes an excellent choice for the molding of heat shrinkable Rain Sheds, Cable Breakout Boots and End Caps.

Pentox 40 is peroxide initiator for copolymerization of unsaturated resins polyester. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators at temperature surroundings. These initiators are particularly suitable in those applications where it is required fast molding with transfer of the core, for example cold forming or in injection molding techniques. Compared to the Metox-50 hardener, they contain a lower amount of active oxygen. However, they show a similar one gel time and a greater exothermic effect, therefore, they are not recommended for use in production too thick layers in one operation, as well as for hardening gel coats.

PEROXAN PK295 S1-V is Mixture of 1,1-Di-(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane and tert-Butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate Solution in odorless white spirits.PEROXAN PK295 S1-V is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

Metox VLHP90 is a liquid peroxide initiator based on peroxides methyl ethyl ketone in an Ōalan plasticizer. Compared with the standard MEKP, the initiator contains a reduced content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. May be used for curing unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), gelcoats, in the presence of cobalt accelerator. Especially recommended for curing gel coats due to very low content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. This high purity initiator can be used wherever the use of Permix-MC96 is demonstrated too fast gelling. Compared to Metox-BW85, it has a shorter gel and hardening time.
