MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LDDC PMMA 1000 UV 18124 BK1074-11 is a polymethylmethacrylate base polymer with a UV stabilized filler/additive system suitable for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, operating elements, and light transparent components in automotive and lighting markets. Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 3-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-6 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. For injection molding, melt temperature should be between 220-280°C and mold temperature should be between 50-80°C.

Pre-drying conditions involve 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 3-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-6 hours with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 220-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. It should be protected from light.

ebalta 120/GL is a very low-viscous two-component epoxy resin with high strength values and fast curing. Due to its good soaking and wetting characteristics, this resin/hardener mixture is most suitable for solid parts with fabrics made of glass or carbon fibers. AH 120/GL is suitable as laminating resin for both large area- and thick laminates. Due to its almost odorless and skin-friendly GL hardener it is most suitable as laminating resin. With a mixing ratio of 100:40 you reach an about 15°C higher TG, slightly stiffer laminates as well as better impact resistance. The laminate thickness should not exceed 6-7 mm.

ebalta AH 120/TC 60 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/TC 60 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 8 mm. A post-curing should be executed, if possible before demoulding.

Ebalta LH 22 / GL is an epoxy laminating resin, which, depending on its application, can be used with the slow GL hardener or the faster GR hardener. They distinguish by minimal physiolgical effects. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 22, even come up to great demands. Due to its long potlife ebalta LH 22/GL is especially suitable for large-area and thick laminates, which also with a thickness of more than 10 mm, applied in one step, cure without any shrinkage at room temperature.

Texalan® 390A This product has excellent wear resistance, oil/solvent resistance, low temperature flexural resistance, high pressure resistance, and Flexibility.

Hybtonite® Mix 50/50, CNT modified epoxy resin. It is a low viscosity, solvent free 100 % reactive resin.
