SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-KON TX06488 compound is based on Polyurethane (TPU) resin containing conductive carbon powder. Added features of this grade include: Excellent Ductility, Electrically Conductive. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

PEXIDAN® HF SX524 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM424 or CM424/1, in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX524 has been developed specially for particularly optical fiber ADSS (all dielectric self-supporting) communication cables to be installed on overhead power distribution networks. The material is black in color and suitable for outdoor use with excellent tracking and UV resistance.

PEXIDAN® SX522A pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. This system has ambient cure.

PEXIDAN® SX523 pre-grafted black base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497 in the ratio 95:5. This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been developed especially for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, “Câble Torsadé”. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

PEXIDAN® SX409 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. The SX409:CM401 compound has been developed specifically for cables operating up to 36kV. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

PEXIDAN® SX409NT pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. The SX409NT:CM401 system has been developed specifically for cables operating up to 36kV. The graft compound contains a non-staining stabilizer and an effective tree retarder, giving outstanding long term retention of dielectric strength. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

PEXIDAN® HF SX407K pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM424 in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX407K has been designed to be used in different nuclear power plant radiation resistance cables sheathing with LOCA approval. Different types of cable designs made using SX407 have complied with the following flame tests: - BS 4066 Part 1/IEC 332 Part 1; CEGB GDCD Standard 21; VDE 0472 Pt.804 Method C; VDE 0472 Pt.814; NF C 32- 070 Test 2 (Category C1); BS 4066 Part 3; IEC 332 Part 3 (Categories A, B & C).

PEXIDAN® SX546 pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493CD, for small cross sections, or CM497CD, in the ratio 95:5, for a 125ºC working temperature system. This system has ambient cure.

PEXIDAN® HF SX612ES pre-grafted base is mixed with catalyst masterbatch CM602 or CM601, in an addition rate between 5% and 10%, depending on extrusion conditions. This system has ambient cure. PEXIDAN® HF SX612ES has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41, with enhanced fire resistance to comply with fire testing on smaller cross sections.

PEXIDAN® HF SX738 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. This system is designed specifically for the production, by extrusion, of flame retardant halogen free heat shrinkable tubing. The two component system SX738:CM401 combines ease of processing with the ability to achieve a degree of crosslinking compatible with good expansion and contraction.

PEXIDAN® HF SX623 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U/1 in the ratio 95:5 or CM540U in the ratio 97:3. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX623 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-360 SHF2, BS 7655-2.6 SW4 and EN 50264 sheathing applications.

PEXIDAN® V/T-2UV is a low density flame retardant XLPE system, curable by moisture and consists of a silane grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-083FR-UV. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T-2UV is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant. Insulation made with this system may be marked SUNRES or ‘SR’ in all colors and in all sizes per UL44, UL4703 and CSA C22.2 #38. This product is also CSA-listed for RW90, RWU90, RPV90 RPVU90 and CIC, ‘SR’ and -40C rated.

PEXIDAN® HF SX545 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX545 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41.

PEXIDAN® HF SX650 pre-grafted base is mixed with catalyst masterbatch CM603 or CM601, in an addition rate between 3% and 5%, depending on extrusion conditions. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX650 system has been developed to meet specification requirements TUV 2Pfg1169:2007, EN 50618:2014 and IEC 62930.

PEXIDAN® HF X/T is a unique low smoke halogen free flame retardant 90°C wet-rated XL-insulation system curable by moisture. It consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound SX651 and a catalyst masterbatch CM540U. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two components result in a material that is crosslinkable by exposure to 90°C hot water. PEXIDAN® HF X/T is REACH and RoHS-compliant and is UL 2885 certified to bear the Halogen Free “HF” designation. PEXIDAN® HF X/T is UL-bulletinized and wire made with this insulation system may be marked as Oil Resistant “PR I” and “PR II”, Gas & Oil Resistant “GR I” and “GR II”, “-40C” and “SUNRES” in all colors. This compound will meet a 105°C dry rating.

PEXIDAN® HF SX622 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U/1 in the ratio 95:5 or CM540U in the ratio 97:3. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX622 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-360 SHF2 sheathing.

PEXIDAN® HF SX559 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in a ratio of 97:3 to 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX559 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1, EN 50525-3-41 or other insulation or sheathing applications where high fire retardancy is required. Good CPR performance.

PEXIDAN® SX408 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. If high thermal aging is required, than CM493 should be used instead. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

Texalan® 390A This product has excellent wear resistance, oil/solvent resistance, low temperature flexural resistance, high pressure resistance, and Flexibility.

Texalan® W295A product has high hydrolysis resistance, solvent resistance, good hand feeling, and high recycling rate. Also has high strength, excellent processing performance.

Shanghai Sanzheng Polymer Material Silane Cross-Linkable PE Compound 4234 is sioplas (two steps) silane XLPE compound and suitable for 1kv and below low voltage cable, it is composed by 95% silane crosslinkable low density polyethylene (compound A) and 5% catalyst (compound B). The product has outstanding performance in high speed extrusion, smooth cable surface, wild processing temperature, easy processing and convenient to use.

CONLink® I 8895 is for high-performance wire & cable applications, where higher temperature, abrasion & chemical resistance are required, the compound must be crosslinked. The main raw materials of the product are imported high-quality LDPE and silane crosslink agent.
