CLR1329 is a two component heat cured epoxy casting system. The cured product is suitable for outdoor applications. The product passes accelerated in-house ultraviolet testing without chalking. The product passes in-house ul 94-hb flammability testing.

Polipol 339-TA-LSE-H40 is a Hand lay-up / Spray-up medium reactivity thixotropic preaccelarated LSE polyster.

CLR1876 is a thermally conductive, two part epoxy system. the system was secifically designed for applications where heat dissipation on thermally sensitive devices is required.

CLR1821 is a filled, room temperature cure, two component epoxy system. The system is suitable for potting and encapsulating electrical and electronic components. The products use of non-abrasive filler and convenient mix ratio makes it suitable for processing in automatic dispense equipment. This product is certified with ul and passes ul94-v1 flammability testing.

Urochem 171 Molding Compounds can be supplied in an almost unlimited range of colors from translucent light pastels to black. Molded parts are free from odor; UV stable with good moisture resistance. Hard, glossy and scratch resistant surface. Excellent chemical resistance. Fats, oils and common organic solvents like alcohol and acetone do not attack molded parts which are also resistant to surfactants and weak bases. They will withstand attack from weak acids for a shorter duration. Excellent electrical properties (arc quenching, tracking, flame resistance). Oxygen index of 30% is achieved without the use of external flame retardants. No halogens are present in the composition.

This product meets ul94-v0 in house flammability testing.

CLH6230 is a semi-flexible epoxy casting system. This product was specifically developed for potting/casting of electrical and electronic components. The long pot life of the material makes it suitable for large mass castings or heat induced curing with minimal stress. Product passes Ul 94-Hb In-house flammability testing. for a softer system, Clr 350 is recommended. using the same cure schedule, Clr 3516, a black version of Clr 3517, passed class B, 130C. when tested to Ul 1446.

XR61406 is a low density epoxy casting system. product is recommended for reducing weight, when casting and potting small electronic modules. Product is suitable for operating in environments from -40c. to +120c.

RALUPOL® UP 804 molding compounds are characterized by excellent dimensional stability with very low processing and post-shrinkage. Due to their high rigidity and excellent heat resistance, RALUPOL® products withstand short-term heat loads. They have excellent electrical insulation and dielectric properties, which are retained even with long-term use at high temperatures. The reason for this is high tracking resistance (CTI> 600 V), arc resistance, glow wire test (GWFI 960 ° C) and a high electrical RTI (relative temperature index) of 170 ° C according to UL 746 (IEC 60216 / T1).
