Hybtonite® Mix 50/50, CNT modified epoxy resin. It is a low viscosity, solvent free 100 % reactive resin. ebalta AH 140 is a very thin liquid two-component-epoxy resin with high values of strength and high heat resistance. Due to its very good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. Especially for thin laminates, a post-curing of 16 hours at 80°C, after curing at room temperature, is essential in order to guarantee a complete curing. Otherwise the non post-cured laminate will be brittle and the adhesion of the layers with each other will not be sufficient.

Ebalta LH 25 / Resin+Hardener is a light-filled two-components epoxy resin, meeting the requirements of flammability classification S4, smoke emission classification SR-2, drooling classification ST-2 as well as test of toxicity of smoke gasses of material and assembly parts of trail vehicules, according to DIN 5510-2. BC 4544 is a polyester resin base compound that is easy to use, sets in minutes, and can be sanded or carved almost immediately. BC 4544 can be carved, sanded, filed, scraped, drilled, tapped or machined to a feather edge. No paint preparation is required and even accepts stain better than wood.

Vikram Resins and Polymers VRP 2131 is a medium reactive Isophthalic Acid based Unsaturated Polyester Resin. It has better mechanical, corrosion, and electrical properties as compared to Orthophthalic Polyesters, has high water resistance and good wetting, and is fast curing. VRP 2131 is suitable for hand lay-up, RTM, pultrusion, filament winding, and other molding techniques and can be used for the manufacture of marine products, tanks, pipes, automobile parts, gratings etc. Also, it can be supplied as a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, or low viscosity resin.

Ebalta AH 150 / IP 25 is a very low-viscosity two-component epoxy resin with high strength and high dimensional stability. Due to its good soaking and wetting properties the resin/hardener mixture is suitable for infusion and laminating of solid parts with glass or carbon fibers. The hardeners IP 25, IP 55 as well as IP 430 can be mixed with each other thus reaching pot life between 10 min. and 430 min. Please ask for our mixing table IP 25/IP 430. ebalta AH 150/IP 25 is suitable for infusions with a flow distance up to approx. 450 mm as well as for laminating thin and largearea laminates up to 3 mm thickness.
